No; 2007, 158. nr.) amendments and supplements to the rules 15.1, 15.2, 15.3 and 15.4 points as follows: "If the current year's 15.1 31 December real estate market information for the period of the last year show the trend of falling prices in the country , then this rule 19.1, 26.1, 26.2, and 25.5. in point base value determines all the rules referred to in point 15 of the real estate group.

15.43.7. transactions with the land and premises, where land ownership is more than 3000 m2, and less than or equal to 30000 m2 and the total area of all premises is greater than 500 m2, and less than or equal to 10000 m2;
15.43.8. transactions with the land and premises, where land ownership is more than 30000 m2, and less than or equal to 100000 m2 and the total area of all premises is less than or equal to 500 m2;
15.43.9. transactions with the land and premises, where land ownership is more than 30000 m2, and less than or equal to 100000 m2 and the total area of all premises is greater than 500 m2, and less than or equal to 10000 m2;
15.43.10. transactions in the housing estates and other premises. "
