2. 6. the Attorney for the parents, who are of the bar of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the procedure laid down in the law, elected member of the Council, in addition to the monthly amount of remuneration, determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 5, the other with national defence or the representative supported the Organization of carrying out criminal proceedings related to the duties of the remuneration of the 94 lat added.
7. the Attorney for the parents to pay the following expenses: 7.1. mail service, office supply, mobile telephone conversations and computer maintenance expenses (hereinafter referred to as the General costs) for a total of 82 lats (including value added tax);
7.2. area rent costs 57 lats (including value added tax);
7.3. fixed phone call and internet connection costs 35 lats (including value added tax).
8. Attorney oldest monthly total recoverable costs shall be determined according to the amount of work using the following formula: = Maia (GK x VI) + TN + IE, where MAI-month total reimbursable expenses;
Vi – general expenses;
GK-relevant workload group setting in accordance with the provisions of annex 1;
TN-rooms for rent expenses;
IE-fixed line and internet connection.
9. the Attorney in the older work force after the process of requests per calendar year are divided into six groups, each of them a specific factor 1 to 2.8 under this provision of the annex 1.
10. The Administration, taking into account each Attorney parents work until 1 November of the current year estimates for each prepare Attorney earlier in the month and the amount of the monthly total amount of reimbursable expenses next year, subject to this provision 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8, and for the calculation shall be notified to the Council. 12. the Council until July 1 of the current year, the administration shall: 12.1. statistical report on the requests of promoters for each Attorney senior per month in the previous year (annex 2);
12.2. the Bar Association of the Republic of Latvia law attorney approved in the older list. The list identifies each Attorney in the older name, practice address and information as to whether he is registered for value added tax.
III. Remuneration and reimbursable costs 13. granting administration each month until the tenth date transfer of funds from the State budget funds intended for that purpose Council specified credit account for each Attorney for parent paragraph 10 of these rules in the order listed in the calculated monthly rewards and monthly total reimbursable expenses (hereinafter funds). IV. Report on the use of financial resources, its contents and submission 15. each quarter, submit to the Council in the common accounts of the administration of each Attorney senior, who received the funds.
16. annual report of the Council I shall be submitted before the May 1 on a quarterly basis, for the quarter II, until august 1, quarter III – 1 November and for the IV quarter, until next February 1.
17. the Board noted in the report: 17.1. Each attorney in the older name, surname, personal code;
17.2. the actions of the Court;
17.3. use of financial resources;
17.4. the amount of financial resources;
17.5. the payment order number and date;
10.9. other information.
18. the Council draws up a report in accordance with annex 3 of these rules.
19. The rules referred to in paragraph 15 of the report of the Council may submit a paper form or electronically. If submitted electronically, making it consistent with the laws of the development of electronic documents, presentation and movements.
V. concluding questions 20. This provision remuneration referred to in paragraph 5 of the base from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 is 150 Lats per month.
21. paragraph 6 of these rules Attorney referred to earlier, additional remuneration for other defence provided by the State or the representative organization of the criminal conduct related duties from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 is 88.57 lats.
22. This provision 7. reimbursable costs referred to in points from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009. we are covered in the following: 22.1. this rule 7.1. the expenditure referred to in point – for a total of 47 million lats (including value added tax);
22.2. this rule 7.2. the expenditure referred to in point – 43 lats (including value added tax);
22.3. that rule 7.3. the expenditure referred to in point-21 lats (including value added tax).
23. From 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 the Senior Attorney in accordance with these regulations 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 20 and 22 in accordance with the procedure laid down in these rules will cover the monthly remuneration and monthly total recoverable expenditure amounting to: 23.1. Alūksne District Court area, Aizkraukle District Court area, award the District Court area of Dobele district court area in , Gulbene District Court area, Krāslava District Court area, Limbaži District Court area, Kuldīga District Court area of Ludza District Court area, Madona District Court area, Preiļi District Court area, Talsi district court area, Saldus district court area, Sigulda Court area of Tukums District Court actions and operation of the District Court of the Wear area Attorney senior, the monthly remuneration of 150 dollars a month and total recoverable expenditure – 111 lats;
23.2. Jēkabpils District Court area of Cēsis District Court area, Bauska District Court area, seaside Court area, Rēzekne court actions and operation of the District Court of Oregon Territory Attorney senior-180 lats monthly remuneration and reimbursable costs overall month-120.40 lats;

23.3. Liepaja Court area, Ventspils Court area and Valmiera District Court area of Attorney senior, the monthly remuneration of 240 dollars and monthly total recoverable expenditure – 139.20 lats;
23.4. Daugavpils Court area and the city Jelgava Court area of Attorney senior, the monthly remuneration of 360 dollars and monthly total recoverable expenditure – 176.80 lats;
14.6. Riga and Riga District Court of the territory of activity of Attorney senior, the monthly remuneration of 420 dollars and monthly total recoverable expenditure – 195.60 lats.
24. From 1 January 2010 until 31 December 2010 the Senior Attorney in accordance with these regulations 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9 points in accordance with the procedure laid down in these rules will cover the monthly remuneration and monthly total recoverable expenditure amounting to: 24.1. Alūksne District Court area, Aizkraukle District Court area, award the District Court area of Dobele district court area in , Gulbene District Court area, Krāslava District Court area, Limbaži District Court area, Kuldīga District Court area of Ludza District Court area, Madona District Court area, Preiļi District Court area, Talsi district court area, Saldus district court area, Sigulda Court area of Tukums District Court actions and operation of the District Court of the Wear area Attorney senior, the monthly remuneration of $179, and monthly total reimbursable costs-$ 174;
24.2. Jēkabpils District Court area of Cēsis District Court area, Bauska District Court area in a seaside area of the Court, the Court of Rezekne area and OGRE District Court area of the Attorney, the monthly remuneration of senior 214.80 lats and monthly total recoverable expenditure – 190.40 lats;
24.3. Liepaja Court area, Ventspils Court area and Valmiera District Court area of the Attorney, the monthly remuneration of senior 286.40 lat month and total recoverable expenditure – 223.20 lats;
15.2. Daugavpils Court area and the city Jelgava Court area of the Attorney, the monthly remuneration of senior 429.60 lat month and total recoverable expenditure – 288.80 lats;
15.2. Riga and Riga District Court of the territory of activity of Attorney: the monthly remuneration of senior 501.20 lat month and total recoverable expenditure – 321.60.
25. the Council until July 1, 2010 shall be submitted to the administration of these provisions 12.1. bottom of this statistical report (annex 2) for 2009 and 12.2. information referred to in point.
26. The Cabinet of Ministers no less frequently than every five years, review: this provision 5.26.1. the remuneration referred to in paragraph base;
26.2. the rules referred to in paragraph 7 of the recoverable amount of the expenditure, in view of the price of the goods in question and the average amount of the service charge in the country at the time of the review.
27. the rules shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.
