10.2. building technical systems projects or drawings;
10.3. building technical systems instructions;
10.4. building technical systems operation and maintenance logs or reports;
10.5. the actual use of the premises and the temperature in the premises;
10.6. the utility provider invoice for the amount of energy consumed by a building, or the building's technical systems;
10.7. data on building commissioning;
10.8. the data about the building's technical systems installation or replacement of buildings during the operation;
10.9. calculation of energy, if any;
10.10. previous inspection findings, if any;
10.11. entry and access to the building's technical systems;
10.12. other required information related to building energy audits and heating boiler or air conditioning system check smooth operation. 11. If the customer is unable to provide the energoauditor for the rule referred to in paragraph 10 of document or information needed for the evaluation of the energy performance of buildings, the Subscriber ensure alternative energoauditor information or agree to other required information acquisition. 19.1.2. building energy efficiency provisional certificate;
19.1.3. boiler Inspection Act;
19.1.4. air conditioning system inspection;
19.2. what personnel certification bodies shall provide the Agency with the rules issued in accordance with rule 20 of the energy performance of buildings on the second part of the article. 20. The Agency provides: 20.1. authorized access to the building energy performance certificate register to energoauditor to prepare for the issue of certificates and energy performance of buildings to add to those documents;
20.2. the system of energy performance of buildings registered in certificate information gathering and updating building energosertifikācij in the definition of by-product;
20.3. building energy performance certificates publicly available free of charge in the internet homepage of the Agency;

20.5. energoauditor monitoring of the legislation in the field of energoauditor. V. boiler and air conditioning inspection 21. Boilers and of air-conditioning systems in buildings energosertifikācij.
