Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 279, Riga, 31 March 2009 (pr. 17. § 22) the rules for the order in which people receive social rehabilitation services for social rehabilitation institutions, and social rehabilitation service providers, Issued in accordance with the social services and social assistance law article 3, second paragraph, article 13, first paragraph, paragraph 6 and article 17 first part i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. the order in which people receive social rehabilitation services for the State budget;

II. Provision of services to persons with functional disabilities 9. for services: 9.1. Turning to a family doctor or referring physician. 11.2.1.2. If service should be allocated to the child, the decision indicates, or together with institutions of social rehabilitation of children must also maintain the child's statutory over steep or person that child care. Decision on the commencement of the provision of services, transfer and termination 14.
