Regulations No. 255 "rules on national and European Union aid for rural development rural development programme for Latvia measure" agricultural added value "framework" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet on 8 April 2008. Regulations No. 255 "rules on national and European Union aid for rural development rural development programme for Latvia measure" agricultural added value "within" (Latvian journal , 2008, nr. 57) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. The objective of the aid is to increase the efficiency of the processing of agricultural products, promoting agricultural products with high added value, increase the production of organic farming, integrated farming and similar agro climatic conditions of Latvia and traditional methods of production-specific processing product range. Implementation of the aid measure is the territory of the Republic of Latvia. "
2. Replace paragraph 8.1.1., the word "existing" with the word "essential".
3. Express 8.1.2. subparagraph by the following: "in addition to 8.1.2. purchased the company in existing equipment and technique, in keeping with the technical and equipment supplemented the unit not less than five years after the last payment is made;".
4. Replace the introductory part of paragraph 9, the number "70" with the number "150 000 000 '.

14. Amend section 22.1.

17. Delete 22.4.3. section.
18. Express 24 as follows: 24. 19. Replace the figure "in subparagraph 35.1.1.70 000" with the number "150 000".
20. Make the following subparagraphs 35.1.2. "If the total project 35.1.2. the eligible cost amount exceeds 150 000 lats, but not more than 300, 000 lats – a standardized business plan according to the rules referred to in point 10.1 content;".
21. Replace 35.1.3.200 000 in number "" with the number "300 000".
22. Delete paragraph 35.2.
