5. 16. 4. Operating expenses and benefits analysis include the following: 4.1. income for water services;

5. Operating costs and benefit analysis does not include the depreciation of fixed assets, payments for loans and related interest. It includes the calculation of the profit or loss and adds the operating expenses and benefits analysis for the same period.
6. Operating costs and benefit analysis shall include at least the following sections: 6.1. cost of investment and existing assets;
6.2. economic activity changes in revenue and expenditure, current prices, t.sk. the applicant projects revenue from water management services for the past three years;
6.3. financial sources;
6.4. credit, their analysis of a period of three years;
6.5. technical analysis of operation, service, consumer groups. Scope of services and the predicted changes in consumption;
6.6. the solvency of the population and the accounts receivable analysis;
6.7. the tariff. The current tariff, the tariff separately for water and sewer services, and tariff plan reporting period.
4.2. operating cash flow, which is positive in all years.
7. Cost-benefit analysis. The responsible authority shall develop guidelines to applicants the project cost-benefit analysis.
8. Economic analysis aims to demonstrate that the project's economic net present value greater than zero (ENPV > 0). "
