II. eligible transactions 12. Project activities are supported: 12.1. existing study programmes, courses and modules, improvement or new courses, course and module development (including interdisciplinary);
12.2. the quality of the Studio, developing and implementing innovative approaches and solutions (studies and developments, studies intellectual resource upgrading, new technology and teaching methods of Studio Pro ces, e-learning development, foreign academic staff association, training development, funds fo including textbooks and lab development);

12.3. the qualification requirements of practices at the sectoral economic operator or scientific institutions (including study abroad program education thematic areas – engineering and techno loģij, production and recycling, wildlife science, physical science, datorik-, education groups – agriculture, forestry, ārs a nie construction, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, and the project of the new developed in interdisciplinary courses in new technology introduction away);

III. Requirements to the project the applicant 13. Project applicants may be higher education institutions. 14. Funding conditions 16. minimum eligible costs of the project amounts to 35 140 dollars and the maximum total eligible cost is $702 804. 17. Maximum co-financing from the European Social Fund has about 85 percent of the total eligible cost of the project. 18. national funding project provides: 18.1. the project applicant – founded in higher education institution, which is the country's budgetary authority, to 15 percent of the total eligible cost of the project from the State budget;

37.2. the project submission does not comply with any of the provisions of annex 4, 1.1., 1.2., 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11., 2.1., 2.2., 2.3., 2.4., 2.5., 2.6, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10. or 2.11. criteria referred to in subparagraph;
37.3. in compliance with the assessment of one of the provisions in the annex 4 3.3, 3.4 or 3.9. quality criteria referred to in the project application has been received by less than one point and the quality criteria in the standings has received less than 10 points. 38. Cooperation authority decides to refuse an application for the project, if this provision of the annex referred to in paragraph 4, the funding fell in the threshing is evaluated with "no". 39. 51.6. project management for information technology equipment rental (computers, software, printers, and storage equipment). 52. This provision cost referred to in paragraph 30.6. position may include the following costs: 52.1. the cost of the consideration of the implementation of project activities in Parties (consultants, experts, specialists, academic staff and researchers, managers of the internship, practice managers practice, student practice time, editors, readers, interpreters, and other project activities involved in the implementation), including State social security payments if the person involved in the implementation of the project is registered as a business income tax payer;

52.8. other project activities implementation costs: 52.8.1. Office supplies and inventory costs (value of up to 150 Lats per unit), except furniture;
52.8.2. intangible fixed assets cost – the cost of the acquisition of software, including specialized e-learning and study process control software, licenses and copyright acquisition cost, which is determined in proportion to the period of implementation of the project;
52.8.3. teaching and cognitive literature acquisition and learning and cognition Lite ratūr and periodicals subscription costs to the project;
52.8.4. transportation costs (fuel costs, vehicle hire, purchase of transport services and the fee for the use of public transport);
52.8.5. communication costs (postage, telecommunications, internet services);
52.8.6. the required information technology equipment rental (computers, software, printers, data storage and copying equipment) and other logistical means rental during project implementation;
52.9. costs that are reasonable and related to the implementation of project activities. 53. The rules referred to in paragraph 30.6. cost position does not exceed two per cent of direct eligible project costs. 54. the eligible costs recoverable value added tax payments are eligible. 55. the project costs not included in the application, which is not specified in these rules or in point 49.54. 56. Financing from the European Social Fund, national public funding or private funds not eligible costs: 56.1. does not meet this provision in paragraph 53 above costs limit;
56.2. project activities have not encountered during implementation or for payments made later than the month after the expiry of the implementation of the project;
56.3. not justified by supporting documents or the costs incurred by the law of the non-compliance;
56.4. does not meet the reasonable financial management, in particular value for money and cost effectiveness and not related to the project implementation activities IX. Project implementation conditions 57. If the beneficiary is developing a new program of study, this together with the implementation of the project final report submitted to the liaison body of the higher education program in the Licensing Commission a copy of the decision on the higher education programs, licensing or license a copy of higher education for the implementation of the programme. 58.
