Cut or broken products, as well as for eating or processing kitchen ready product to be distributed in retail stores where it is: 3.1. conditioned in accordance with the legislation on the hygiene of foodstuffs;
3.2. packaged according to the legislation on materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs;
3.3. labeled according to the legislation on food labelling. 4. retail according to Commission Regulation No 1580/2007 article 3, paragraph 3, the conditions are permitted to distribute apples, strawberries, pears and tomatoes, which correspond to Commission Regulation No 1580/2007 in annex I, part A requirements and that the marking is an indication of the intended processing type (for example, "Strawberry Jam"). 5. food and veterinary service (hereinafter service): 5.1. All costs associated with the return of the product, the destruction of the ship for processing or for use in animal feed, shall be borne by the dealer. 11. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet as at 30 June 2008, Regulation No 470 "fresh fruit and vegetable quality and classification requirements and procedures to assess fresh fruits and vegetables for conformity with marketing standards" (Latvian journal, 2008, nr. 100). 12. the rules shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
