1.3. to supplement the rules by 4.8 and 4.9. subparagraph by the following: "plan, implement and 4.8 supervise educational innovation projects and decide on the financial support of scholarships for life outstanding educators for lifetime contribution in education, ensuring the Foundation's fundraising, the accumulation, management and use of project financial aid regulations in the order;
4.9. the laws and regulations of the executive tasks related to the development of synergies in the implementation of projects of innovation and lifelong scholarship award for outstanding educators for lifetime game embedded in education. ";
1.4. the introductory part of paragraph 11 to express the following: "11. the Agency's financial resources and the Fund: ''.
2. the rules shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
