15. Teacher workload corresponding to one month's wage rate shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 3.
16. General education institutions and interests of education educators, which has specific charging workload (hours per week), monthly pay is calculated by multiplying the monthly wage rate with the actual work load for a week and the product divided by the number of hours a week, corresponding to one month's wage rate.
17. Professional education educators, which has specific charging work load per year, the monthly average wage calculated on the monthly wage rate multiplied by the number of hours specified in the year and multiplied by the workload per year, which corresponds to a rate of work.
18. The general education, vocational education and training institutions of interest educators who recruited summer vacation until the beginning of the school year salary is calculated according to one of the monthly wage rate.
19. General education and vocational education teachers participating in the implementation of the programme of education in a shorter time than the law school, including atal gojum hours.

22.2. for hours worked above the workload, which corresponds to a rate of work in accordance with the provisions of annex 3, replacing the absent temporarily (amatmācīb) of the vocational training of teachers.
23. the teacher's seniority includes: 23.1. time worked in the Cabinet of 26 October 1999, Regulation No 367 of the "provisions on the teaching profession and the list of posts" in the teachers ' posts (not less than 240 teaching hours in any calendar year);
23.2. time worked in all positions, which up to this date of entry into force of the provisions was identified, which included the teacher's seniority;
23.3. time worked in the following positions (if directly before worked in the Office of a teacher): 23.3.1. municipal education administration manager;
23.3.2. the State Inspectorate of education;
23.3.3. the child protection officer;
23.4. compulsory military service time, if immediately before the month is no less as a teacher and worked without interruption resumed the work of teachers;
14.6. time worked in Office, elected civil servants (officials-designate) or another post education public administration or education workers Union bodies, if immediately before the month is no less as a teacher and worked without interruption resumed the work of teachers;
14.7. professional education educators – the time worked in enterprises (companies), commercial companies, institutions and organizations, specialty that matches the profile subjects;
23.7. maternity leave, as well as the laws and regulations in accordance with the procedure laid down in the assigned time parental leave, if immediately before the month is no less as a teacher and worked without interruption resumed teaching job.
24. Bonus for work in special circumstances, educators shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 4.
25. The premium for two parts divided into working day is determined by the teaching staff (except for educators in this provision in paragraph 3 and 4 in these education institutions, as well as interest education and vocational guidance education of educators), which the working load of not more than one job rate and with their consent, in particular the main two parts split into labor day, if the break is longer than two hours. 26. 31. the teachers ' wage fund consists of the following features: 31.1. IV. Teachers ' workload 34. the workload of the Teachers included in the lesson (lesson, lecture) management and preparation.
