Add to paragraph 1, after the words" from the State duty payment "by the words" or to require a short-term visa, apply a reduced rate of State fee ".
2. To supplement the provisions of the following article 10.1: "10.1 Reduced country duty rate on short-term visas for requesting review of the required documents is 23 lats, and applies in certain cases, to promote the culture, foreign policy and development policy implementation or to promote the interests of other important public interest in the field of development.
