No 53 § 11) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 6 November 2006, regulations No. 913 "procedures for submitting country recognised general educational documents" Issued under the Education Act, article 14 (1) of the General Education Act and article 39 and the first paragraph of article 48, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet of Ministers on 6 November 2006, regulations No. 913 "procedures for submitting country recognised general educational documents" (Latvian journal, 2006 180. no; 2009, no. 99) the following amendments: 1. Express 6.1. subparagraph by the following: "6.1. local educational administrations, his authorized representative or local educational specialist (if the local education authority has not been created). Local education authorities, Director of the form receives local education authority or at the municipal education authority; ".
2. Make point 7 by the following: "7. On the issue of the form of documents, registration, storage and withdrawal is personally liable to the manufacturer, the municipal education administration manager or local educational specialist and Director of the educational institution."
3. the introductory part of paragraph 28, replace the words "municipal education administration" with the words "local education authority or municipal education officer".
4. Replace paragraph 29 and 30.1. in subparagraph the words "municipal education administration" with the words "local education authority or municipal education officer".
5. To replace the words "in 30.3 educational Director or local education administration manager" with the words "educational Director, municipal education administration manager or municipal education officer".
