Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 1059 in Riga 2009 (September 15. No 57 34 §) rules on "operational programme infrastructure and services" activity "Supplement 3.5.1.3. IV. Project application selection 13. 13.4. If the second application round of projects available for funding from the Cohesion Fund is used up, the responsible authority may decide on additional project application selection round. (BOM 13.04.2010. Regulation No 364) 14. the responsible authority shall call for project submissions sent by mail or electronically (signed with a secure electronic signature, and the preparation of appropriate legislation on electronic document design) project applicants: 14.1. first project application selection round – not later than two months after the entry into force of these regulations;
14.2. the second project application selection round – a year after the first round of project submissions, the initiation of implementation but no later than 31 December 2011. 15. the project submission (including annex 2) the responsible authority within two months of the invitation is sent, the provisions referred to in paragraph 11 the project applicants.
