8.7. the publicity expenses, if the relevant public services do not exceed minimum requirements set by the 8 December 2006 by Commission Regulation (EC) no 1828/2006 laying down provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 laying down general provisions on the European regional development fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund, and the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1080/2006 on the European regional development fund , article 8;
8.8. the value added tax costs, if they have not recovered from the State budget. (Amended by regulation no BOM 13.04.2010.364) 8.1 project preparation costs autoruzraudzīb and building costs, as well as publicity costs of measures (this rule 8.1., 8.2, 8.4., 8.5., 8.6 and 8.7.) are eligible if they are justified by a service or works contract (case joint construction and design contracts). 10.12. value added tax costs that the value added tax to the taxable person is entitled to deduct as input. III. Requirements to the applicant, the project applicant Project 11 is a public body which has competence specifically to Protec gājam in natural areas protection and management. 12. the project for the implementation of the project, the applicant does not constitute a partnership. IV. Project application selection 13. Project application selection issued in two project application selection rounds: 13.1. first project application selection available for funding from the Cohesion Fund is LVL 2 687 207;
13.2. the second project application selection available for funding from the Cohesion Fund is LVL 1 881 019;
13.3. If the first application round of projects available for funding from the Cohesion Fund is not granted or used, it directs the second project application selection round of financing;
13.4. If the second application round of projects available for funding from the Cohesion Fund is used up, the responsible authority may decide on additional project application selection round. (BOM 13.04.2010. Regulation No 364) 14. the responsible authority shall call for project submissions sent by mail or electronically (signed with a secure electronic signature, and the preparation of appropriate legislation on electronic document design) project applicants: 14.1. first project application selection round – not later than two months after the entry into force of these regulations;
14.2. the second project application selection round – a year after the first round of project submissions, the initiation of implementation but no later than 31 December 2011. 15. the project submission (including annex 2) the responsible authority within two months of the invitation is sent, the provisions referred to in paragraph 11 the project applicants. 25.3. If the Pro Ject submissions in any of these provisions 3.12, 14, 18, 19, 20, 30, 31 and 36 of those criteria rated "no" or project submission, the assessment does not meet the quality criteria according to that rule 24.1. the conditions referred to in the project application and assessment of the head of the responsible authority shall take a decision on the rejection of the application for the project. If two or more project applications have received the same amount of points, they ranked the project application priority list in the following order: 26.1. project application with the highest rating this provision 3. criteria referred to in paragraph 1;
26.2. the project application with the highest rating this provision 3. criteria referred to in paragraph 2;
26.3. the project application with the highest rating this provision 3. criteria referred to in paragraph 6. 27. the head of the responsible authority shall take a decision on the application for approval of a project if: it corresponds to 27.1. these rules referred to in annex 3 the administrative, compliance and quality criteria;
27.2. the estimated project listing submissions priority order (starting with the most points got a submission of the project), the project application selection round is available on the financing for the project. 28. the decision on the application for the approval of the project may include the following conditions: 28.1. to clarify the details of the project the applicant (contact information and properties) (annex 2);

28.4. to clarify changes in the total amount of eligible costs and eligible costs under this provision in paragraph 8 and 9;

This provision in the decision referred to in paragraph 28 of the conditions laid down in the project the applicant shall the time limit laid down by the responsible authority, which may not exceed two months from the date of receipt of the decision. The time-limits laid down in this decision cannot be extended. 30. The Evaluation Commission 20 working days after the decision on approval of the application, the project on condition the expiry of that decision on the evaluated project approval contained in the conditions. Responsible authority within two working days after the signing of the opinion sends the draft opinions to the applicant. 31. If the applicant in the decision approving the project application, provided the conditions laid down are not met or are not met within the time limit laid down in that decision, the responsible authority opinion is negative and the project application is considered to have been rejected. 32. the decision on the approval of the project application, approval or rejection provided the determining authority within five working days after the decision has been forwarded to the project the applicant by mail or electronic form of a document (signed with a secure electronic signature). VIII. monitoring activities after project implementation 36. Beneficiary is directly responsible for the implementation of the project and the results of the maintenance of not less than five years after the final payment is received on the project concerned. 37. The beneficiary information on the results of the project submitted to the body responsible for the maintenance of the five years following the last payment received, if the agreement is not laid down conditions for a longer time in accordance with the provisions of annex 4. The first time these rules laid down in annex 4 supervisory overview the beneficiary shall provide the responsible authority during the year after the last payment is received for the project. 38. the responsible authority shall ensure that the storage and analysis of information on the objectives of the activity of not less than five years after the final payment is received for the projects concerned, if the agreement is not laid down conditions for a longer period.
