No 61 11. §) rules on public works concession contract price limits Issued under the public-private partnership law 56. the second paragraph of article 1. determines the public works concession contract price limits according to Member States ' obligations to the European Union in relation to the contract price limits to be observed by the public-private partnership projects.
2. Public works concession contract price corresponding to the boundaries of public and private partnerships law are: 56. Article 2.1. in the case referred to in the first paragraph at least 3 591 633 Lati;
2.2. Article 59 in the second case referred to at least 3 591 633 Lati.
3. the rules shall enter into force on 1 October 2009.
