Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1115 in Riga 2009 September 29 (pr. No 63 23) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 February 2004, Regulation No 83 of the "Elimination of African swine fever and the procedures for" threats Issued in accordance with article 26 of the law on veterinary medicine, first subparagraph, and article 27 of the third to make the Cabinet on 17 February 2004, Regulation No 83 of the "Elimination of African swine fever and the procedures for" threats (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 28; 2009, 57 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text, the words "infected" (fold) with the words "quarantine area" (the fold).
2. Make the following point 14: "14. Authorities of the swine fever outbreak or case of feral pigs with swine fever carried out in national civil protection plan and the municipal civil protection plans measures."
3. Supplement with 14.1 points as follows: "in addition to these rules 14.1, 14 service set out in the swine fever outbreak or wild pigs with swine fever: 14.1 1. prepares and sends the information, as well as the order of the tasks of the veterinary, agricultural and trade organizations, as well as disaster management institutions involved;
14.1 2. sends the requested information to the European Commission and the other Member States of the European Union;
14.1 3. collaborates with diagnostic laboratories, the media and the public electronic media, information on specific measures to combat swine fever. "
4. Replace 25.5 25.6 25.7., and in the words "territorial veterinary departments" with the word "officials".
5. Express 37. the first sentence as follows: "If the shed is found with swine fever sick pigs, which the diagnosis is confirmed, the national reference laboratories in the main food and veterinary inspector around the shed down the affected the protection and surveillance zone (quarantine)."
6. Replace paragraph 25.8, the words "territorial veterinary structure unit" with the words "territorial unit" of the service.
7. Replace the words "in paragraph 28.1. slaughterhouse shed territorial veterinary and Department" with the words "territorial units of the service, which supervised the territory the slaughterhouse and storage".
8. Replace the words "paragraph 30.8 territorial veterinary struktūrv the childhood" with the words "territorial unit" of the service.
9. Replace the words "in subparagraph 53.3. the territorial Department of health" with the words "territorial units" of the service.
10. Make 65. the second sentence as follows: "the State's main food and health inspector, respecting animal migration, climatic and geographical conditions, as well as swine fever risk and risk, determine the quarantine location where the animal was found sick."
