Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1193 in Riga 2009 October 20 (pr. Nr. 72 5. §) annual reporting order issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management article 30 the first, second and eighth i. IV. Consolidated financial statements 26. Ministry, Central Government institutions and local authorities prepare consolidated accounts, the consolidated budget authorities annual reports: 26.1. Ministry of the consolidated annual report shall include the State budget financed partly derived public person annual reports;
26.2. the municipality shall include in the consolidated annual report of the local government partly financed the public person and derivatives joint annual reviews of the institutions. 27. the Consolidation of the institutions included in the annual accounts shall be drawn up by the State to the same reporting date. 28. when preparing the consolidated annual report, evaluation of items used the same accounting methods and the same valuation rules. 29. Consolidated financial statements when: 29.1. institutional annual report summary (same items totaling);
29.2. the consolidation of the presentation of the items (points (+/-) the item and the amount consolidated);
