Make the paragraph 4 by the following: "4. Logon the public support, the project application selection and evaluation, decision-making and reporting, as well as public funding request in accordance with the legislation on the national and European aid modalities in the field and the development of fisheries, in so far as they are not inconsistent with these rules."
2. Make the following point 8: "8. The project acceptance of application rounds take place a month after the initiation of the adoption application. 3. To supplement the provisions under point 8.1 as follows: '' 8.1 local action group after coordination with the rural support service of the newspaper "journal and newspaper of Latvia, available in the local development area of the implementation of the strategy, the month before announcing the acceptance of submissions of projects according to the local development strategy, pointing to the respective round and local development strategies action plan, contained in action for the amount of the aid and the rules 8.1 and 8.4. the information referred to in point."

6. To express the point 9.2.1 as follows: "9.2.1. 7. 13. Delete paragraph 13.4.
14. 17. Make 26 the following: "26. 19. Express the 28 and 29 of the following paragraph: "28. If several projects have got the same number of points, with priority given to the applicant, the aid project will be implemented in the territory of the municipalities with the lowest development index value on the project submission making rounds starting date. 29.3. the decision on refusal to grant aid to support the applicant whose project submission local action group has delivered a negative opinion. "
