Express 2.1. subparagraph by the following: "2.1. verification of the subsystem-procedure performed to prove that the subsystem concerned is fulfilled the requirements of these rules and may be put into service in the European rail system. This procedure does not remove the verification that the conformity assessment body shall be carried out in accordance with the subsystem the laws applied to the rail system in areas not directly applied. The subsystem verification checks and attests that a subsystem: 2.1.1. these rules and the technical specifications of interoperability requirements (hereinafter referred to as the requirements of the European Union); 2.1.2. these rules and this provision applicable in Latvia 29. referred to in legislation, standards and regulations to the requirements of technical documentation (hereinafter referred to as the national requirements). " 2. Supplement with 2.12. subparagraph by the following: "2.12. verification Declaration-declaration certifying that the subsystem concerned is suitable for the relevant procedures and verification of the subsystem meets the requirements of these regulations. Make the following paragraph 34: "34. Interoperability technical specifications of interoperability constituents specified in the conformity assessment shall be carried out by the notified body and the manufacturer or his authorized representative on the conformity assessment of the time, place and agenda." 6. in paragraph 54 of the following expression: ' 54. structural subsystems authorised to be put into service in the European rail system if they are designed, constructed, or produced and installed in accordance with this provision, the essential requirements referred to in the annex and the technical specification for interoperability relating to the subsystem as well as is verified and is drawn up by the relevant declaration of verification. " 7. Supplement with 54.1 points as follows: "54.1 to prove that the subsystem meets European Union and national requirements, the verification shall be carried out and it is responsible for a trader or a public institution that contracts and orders the railway system, subsystem or part of the design, construction, manufacture, modernization or reconstruction (hereinafter referred to as the client), or the manufacturer as well as the customer or the manufacturer's authorized representative. Add to paragraph 59 of the third and fourth sentence as follows: "manufacturer, contractor or their authorized representative may request an assessment of any of the individual parts, which he wants to split the subsystems. Replace paragraph 69, the words "European Community" with the words "European Union". 15. in paragraph 71 of the following expression: ' 71. Declaration of verification shall include at least the following information: 71.1. reference to these rules and of the relevant European Union directive as well as a reference to the interoperability specifications and applicable national requirements; 71.2. the manufacturer, or the Subscriber, as well as their authorized representative (if any) name or business name and full address; 71.3. brief description of the subsystem; 71.4. notified body name, address and registration number: 71.4.1. verified conformity of the subsystem with the requirements of the European Union; 71.4.2. verified the conformity of the subsystem with the requirements of the national; 71.4.3. compliance assessment subsystem appropriate regulations on railway system directly applied areas; 71.5. the technical documentation shall include a list of the documents; 71.6. all the relevant provisional or definitive conditions which must be met by the subsystem, as well as, where appropriate, any operating restrictions or conditions; in the event of a derogation, 71.7. or, if the technical specifications for interoperability in part apply upgrades or renovations, the technical specification of interoperability or the transitional period provided for in paragraph 27 of the provisions in the specific case – a reference to the interoperability technical specifications or parts thereof compliance with which the verification procedure has not been verified, and a reference to national requirements which apply in the case of derogations; 44.6. evaluation name and address of the institution that prepared a report on common security risk assessment methods in line with the Commission 30 April 2013 implementing Regulation (EU) no 402/2013 for a common security method for the detection and assessment of risks and of Regulation (EC) no 352/2009; News of the Declaration of 71.9. signer. " 16. paragraph 72 be deleted. 17. This documentation shall include: 3.1 the 72.1 subsystem interoperability constituents of the copies of the Declaration of conformity and, if necessary, the corresponding calculation notes and a copy of the Protocol for the trials and tests carried out by the notified bodies on the basis of the common technical specifications; 3.2. the verification certificate 72.1 attached intermediate statements of verification (if any), as well as data on notified bodies the results of the verifications with respect to intermediate statements of verification of conformity; 72.1 3.3. verification issued by the notified body certificate (together with the corresponding calculation notes), approved by signature and which States that the subsystems meet the requirements of these rules (mentioning any reservations arising from work at the time and still not withdrawn).
