II. conditions for receiving the aid 4. III. General costs, including consultants ' fees, inspection, autoruzraudzīb service and legal costs, feasibility, as well as the use of patents and licences costs directly linked to the preparation or implementation of a project and not exceed two percent of the rest of this paragraph the total eligible cost. 10. IV.
