Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1468 in Riga 2009 on 15 December (pr. No 88 of 101), amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 21 august 2007 regulations No. 214 "procedures for granting, mērķdotācij and monitors used in municipal infrastructure to organize and development 2008-2010" issued under the regional development law in paragraph 2 of article 14 to make the Cabinet august 21 2007 the rules No 566 "procedures for granting, mērķdotācij and monitors used in municipal infrastructure to organize and development 2008-2010" (Latvian journal , 2007, 142, 166 no; 2009, no. 35) the following amendments: 1. Replace rule name number "2010" with the number "2010".
2. Amend paragraph 9, the words and figures "but no longer than up to 2010 1 December".
3. Delete paragraph 17.3..
4. Delete paragraph 24.1.
5. Replace paragraph 33, the words and figures "in 2009 and 2010 respectively, from the 2009 and 2010" with the words "and the number of the year 2009".
6. Express 43 as follows: "43. Funding local government investment projects in priority order by assessing applications the number of points earned under this provision the funding referred to in paragraph 3."
7. Put 48 as follows: "48. To request funding for 2009, regional development and local government Ministry is prepared by the Agency assisted local government investment projects and local Government planned long-term liabilities included in the regional development and local government Ministry's State budget request for 2009 and up to July 1, 2008, to submit it to the Finance Ministry."
8. Delete paragraph 51, the words and figures "but in 2010-2010 December 1".
9. Amend Annex 2 in paragraph 1.1 of the number "2010".
