Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1528 of 2009 in Riga on 22 December (pr. 89 106) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 239 "Charter" of the Ministry of finance Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment in the first part of 1. make the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 239 "Charter" of the Ministry of Finance (Latvian journal, 2003, 70 no; 2004, nr. 69; 2005; 2006, 12 no, nr. 190; 2007, 2008, 72 no; 90., 174. no; 2009, 118 no) the following amendments : 1.1. make paragraph 13, third sentence by the following: "Department and an independent chapter of the regulations after consulting the Secretary of State shall issue the head of department concerned.";
1.2. deletion of 15.2. section;
1.3. to supplement the provisions of this paragraph 25.7:25.7. national society "limited" Office "in the process of Latvia."
2. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
