Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1521 of 2009 in Riga on 22 December (pr. 89 98) amendments to the Cabinet on 8 September 2009, the Regulation No 1015 "procedure for issuing a special permit (license) for the purpose of commercial fisheries, as well as pay a State fee for the special permission (license) issued" issued under the Fisheries Act, article 7 of the second part 1. make the Cabinet on 8 September 2009, the Regulation No 1015 "procedure for issuing a special permit (license) for the purpose of commercial fisheries, as well as pay a State fee for the special permission (license) issued" (Latvian journal 2009, no. 145) the following amendments: 1. replace the words in point 2.1. "State Agency" Latvian fish resource agency "(hereinafter called the Agency)" with the words "Ministry of agriculture";
1.2. to replace paragraph 4 and 5, the word "agency" (fold) with the words "Ministry of agriculture" (fold);
1.3. make points 6 and 7 by the following: "6. To assess the applicant's application permission (license) commercial fisheries for this provision, 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 1.1.1. waters, referred to the Minister of agriculture shall approve the Licensing Commission. The Licensing Commission included two representatives of the Ministry of agriculture (President and Vice-President), and one each in the authorised person of the following State institutions and organisations (associations): 6.1. National Environment services;
6.2. the municipalities;
6.3. the Federation of Fishermen;
6.4. The Latvian Zivsaimniek Association;
6.5. The Latvian Union of Zivrūpniek;
6.6. zivsaimniek of Ziemeļkurzem associations.
7. the Ministry of agriculture or the municipalities month after all these rules referred to in annex 1 of document receipt shall take a decision on the permission (license) and issue the appropriate permission (license) (2 or 3) indicates the specific waters that have the right to engage in commercial fishing under this provision 1.1. subparagraph. ";
1.4. replace paragraphs 12 and 13, the word "agency" (fold) with the words "Ministry of agriculture" (fold);
1.5. deletion of paragraph 15;
1.6. the introductory part of paragraph 16, replace the word "agency" with the words "Ministry of agriculture";
1.7. replace 16.1. in subparagraph the word "agencies" with the words "Ministry of agriculture";
1.8. to supplement the provisions of this paragraph 16.3.3.: "16.3.3.100 tons of cod-fishing network;"
1.9. to replace paragraph 18, the word "agencies" with the words "Ministry of agriculture";
1.10. replace the text of annex 1, the words "State Agency" Latvian agency "resources" with the words "Ministry of agriculture";
1.11. to make annex 2 as follows: "annex 2 Cabinet on 8 September 2009, the Regulation No 1015 2. Regulations shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
