Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 41 in the year 2010 (January 19. No 4 4) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 26 October 2004, the Regulation No 887 "State secrets" to the list of items released according to the law "on State secrets", the first subparagraph of article 4 to make a Cabinet of 26 October 2004, the Regulation No 887 object "State secrets" (Latvian journal, 2004, 2005, 171 No; 38, no. 147; 2006, 51, no. 101; 2007; 2008, nr. 87.190. no; 2009, 103 no) the following amendments : 1. Express 2.5. the introductory paragraph of subparagraph by the following: "2.5. the national safety authorities and the national armed forces military intelligence unit".
2. Delete paragraph 2.5.1., the words "and the information analysis service".
3. Replace paragraph 2.5.2., the words "national armed forces military intelligence unit and information analysis service" with the words "and national armed forces military intelligence unit".
4. Delete paragraph 2.6.1., the words "and the information analysis service".
