No 30 17) intended for the carriage of dangerous goods vehicle driver's acquisition procedures and the issue of a driving licence, Exchange and restore order Issued pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act article 22, part 2.1 and the law "About the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" in article 18, paragraph 2 of the first paragraph of i. General questions 1. minimum requirements for driving the vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods procedure in Latvia which obtained the right of drivers of vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods, as well as the driver's licence (hereinafter certificate) issued by the Exchange and restore order.
2. Certificate (annex 1) is a document with embedded security features, which is issued to a person on the basis of acquired rights to carry certain classes of dangerous goods in tanks or other vehicles. Classes of dangerous goods, which the person may not be transported, the certificate is removed.
3. The certificate shall be issued, exchanged and renewed public joint stock company "road traffic safety Directorate (CSDD hereinafter).
4. a Person may have only one valid certificate. In force is considered to be the person the certificate issued to the last.
5. on receipt of the certificate, the previous certificate (if any) pass the CSDD.
6. the period of validity of the certificate is five years, with the exception of those provisions referred to in paragraph 18.
7. before the receipt of the certificate, as well as prior to the transport of dangerous goods for the driving examination the sort person exhibiting motor vehicles licence.
8. it is prohibited to issue a certificate to the person: 8.1. deprived of driving rights;
8.2. the driving force in the prohibition of the use of the law;
8.3. medical pretindikācij of driving.
II. transport of dangerous goods drivers for acquisition 9. Sort exams to get the right drivers for the transport of dangerous goods, the person who can meet the following minimum requirements: 9.1. it is resident or has the right to reside in Latvia;
9.2. it is at least a category B driving rights;
9.3. This provision does not apply to it the limit referred to in paragraph 8.
10. for the right to carry dangerous goods (except class 1 and 7 cargo) containers or bulk transport and receive the certificate, the person undergoing training courses (annex 2) and pass a corresponding exam.
11. for the right to carry dangerous goods in tank-vehicles, vehicles with removable tanks, baterijtransportlīdzekļo, with a total capacity exceeding 1000 litres, cisternkonteinero, portable tanks (in development), as well as multiple element gas containers of individual capacity exceeding 3000 litres, and receive the certificate, the person undergoing basic training course and a course on papildapmācīb for the transport of tanks according to the provisions of annex 2, and pass a corresponding exam.
12. for the right to carry a class 1 freight and received the relevant certificate, a person undergoing training courses and papildapmācīb courses for class 1 goods according to annex 2 of these provisions and pass a corresponding exam.
13. for the right to carry class 7 goods and receive the certificate, the person undergoing basic training course and the papildapmācīb course on class 7 goods according to annex 2 of these provisions and pass a corresponding exam.
14. to the person who acquired the right to carry dangerous goods (except class 1 and 7 cargo) containers or bulk traffic, obtain the right to carry dangerous goods in tank-vehicles, vehicles with removable tanks, baterijtransportlīdzekļo, with a total capacity exceeding 1000 litres, cisternkonteinero, portable tanks (in development), as well as multiple element gas containers of individual capacity exceeding 3000 litres, and receive a certificate with the appropriate tags, so learn the papildapmācīb course on the transport of tanks according to the provisions of annex 2, and pass a corresponding exam.
15. to the person who acquired the right to carry dangerous goods (except class 1 and 7 cargo) containers or bulk traffic, obtain the right to carry 1 or class 7 goods and receive a certificate with the appropriate tags, so learn the papildapmācīb rate on the 1 or class 7 goods according to annex 2 of these provisions and pass a corresponding exam.
16. to the person who acquired the right to carry dangerous goods (except class 1 and 7 cargo) containers or bulk transport and the right to carry dangerous goods in tank-vehicles, vehicles with removable tanks, baterijtransportlīdzekļo, with a total capacity exceeding 1000 litres, cisternkonteinero, portable tanks (in development), as well as multiple element gas containers of individual capacity exceeding 3000 litres, for the right to carry 1 or class 7 goods and receive a certificate with the appropriate markup It learns papildapmācīb rate on 1 or class 7 goods according to annex 2 of these regulations, as well as pass a corresponding exam.
III. Certificate renewal and change of the 17 licence renewal is a design stolen or lost, destroyed, but instead of changing the certificate means a certificate issued certificate of design instead of the cases not mentioned above.
18. The licence changes and restores a person who meets the following conditions: 18.1 it is resident or has the right to reside in Latvia;
18.2. This provision does not apply to it in paragraph 8 of these restrictions.
19. To exchange or renew a certificate that is not expired, for a period that matches the previously issued certificate term of validity, the person does not have to learn on the training courses and the exams are not.
20. To exchange or renew a certificate that is not expired, for a period that is longer than the previously issued certificate validity period, the person undergoing the training course again (at least 24 hours), which provides the latest information about changes in the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road (ADR Agreement hereinafter) and pass a corresponding exam.
21. To change or restore a licence that has expired, a person repeatedly learn the rules 10, 11, 12 or 13, paragraph training course and pass a corresponding exam.

27. in order to obtain the rules referred to in paragraph 13 of the law and get the licence, an applicant answers 25 questions and a course of basic training on 15 papildapmācīb rate questions on class 7 goods.
28. To change or restore a licence that 20 or 21, in the case referred to in paragraph, the applicant responds to that rule, respectively, 24, 25, 26 or 27 of the matters referred to.
29. the exam response time for the basic training course is 45 minutes, but on the papildapmācīb course-25 minutes.
30. The exam is that, if an applicant on a course of basic training is made no more than three incorrect answers, but of course papildapmācīb matters, not more than two incorrect answers.
31. If the exam is outstanding, you can sort a repeated examination not earlier than the following day.
V. closing question 32. Certificates issued before the date of entry into force of the provisions shall be valid until the expiry of the period specified therein.
