No 34 33) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 February 2010 regulations No 108 "rules on annual State aid to agriculture and its modalities" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 February 2010 regulations No 108 "rules on annual State aid to agriculture and its modalities" (Latvian journal 2010, 24, 76 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the figure "in point 2.1.1." with the number "4 152 4 130 789 429".
2. Replace the figure "in point 2.1.1 3 519 068" with the number "3 540 708".
3. Make the following paragraph 2.1.1.4.: "2.1.1.4. support for breeding and rearing animals in the horse industry (including 15 500 lats to the flock-book) – 101 000 lats;".
4. Replace the figure "in subparagraph 2.1.1.8." with the number "114 103 860 500".
5. Replace paragraph 2.3 "by" figure "810 534 826 826."
6. Replace the number in the "UR2.3.3.apk špunkt" with the number "180 000 456 000".
7. Replace the figure "in paragraph 2.6." with the number "1 500 000 1 202 360".
8. Replace paragraph 2.6.1., the number and the word "900 000 lats" with a number and the word "901 738 lats."
9. Replace paragraph 2.6.2. number and the word "600 000 lats" with a number and the word "300 622 lats."
10. Express 1.12.2.2. subparagraph by the following: "12.2.2. to 1 June 2010 – the monitoring of cattle productivity data analysis and evidence of payment of copies on the first half-year administrative expenditure until 2011, February 1 – supporting documents for payment of the second half-year copy administrative expenditure."
11. To supplement annex 1 with 52.1, 52.2 and 52.3 points as follows: "Support of the herd-book take 52.1 animal catalog creation and maintenance, as well as in the horse industry and updated regularly (at least monthly) publishing media 11 000 lats paid organization that is horse country, the holder of the herd-book.
52.2 for support, the 52.1 points organisation the rural support service shall be: 1. the application for which 52.2 attached estimate, up to 19 July 2010;

12. Supplement to annex 3 section 19.2.5. by the following: "to promote exports-19.2.5. food quality control improvement (high-performance liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometer mortgage);".
