Delete paragraph 3.16.
2. Supplement 3.20. subparagraph after the word "members" with the words "and the heads of the Office".
3. Delete paragraph 3.21.
4. Express 3.54. subparagraph by the following: "this rule 3.52 3.54..,.,., 3.56 3.55 3.53. and 3.57. persons referred to their spouses and dependent family members of citizens of Latvia – if they go along with the person who received the service, the Passport to the person concerned or the place of work abroad for a period longer than six months;".
5. Supplement with 0.00 and 3.58. subparagraph by the following: "3.57. military service persons in participating in international missions and operations by international organisations, the Union or the community resolution, recommendation or request, with which the Republic of Latvia has concluded international treaties;
3.58. Ministry of Interior system officials with special ranks, which the Interior Minister or the head of the Authority's order asked to ensure international agreements or the implementation of projects and that for these reasons the need regularly to travel or reside abroad. "
6. Replace paragraph 8.4., the number "10" with the number "12".
7. Replace the figures in paragraph 11 and the words "and in paragraph 3.53 3.52." with numbers and words ", 3.53 3.52, 3.56 3.55..., and 0.00." point.
8. Express 14.3. subparagraph by the following: "14.3. two photographs made according to the rules referred to in annex 3 requirements: 14.3.1. person or children up to the age of 15 older wanting to submit a photograph;
14.3.2. when taking children up to the age of five years the rules referred to in paragraph 12 of the body, it is not possible to obtain a high quality digital image. "
9. To supplement paragraph 15 after the words ' historical form "with the words" if it is not specified in the population register or the previous passport ".
10. Delete the second sentence of paragraph 19.
11. Make 20, second sentence the following wording: "If a person does not have the forefinger or it is damaged in such a way that it is not possible to get high-quality digital images of fingerprint, fingerprint digital acquisition using the middle finger, ring finger or the thumb."
12. Replace paragraph 23 in the numbers and the words ", and 3.54 3.53 3.52. in" with numbers and words ", 3.53 3.52 3.54 3.55.,.,., and in paragraph 3.56 3.57.".
