Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 660 in Riga, 20 July 2010 (pr. No 37 45) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 January 2010 regulations No 91 "rules on" operational programme infrastructure and services "Appendix 3.6.1.1 activity" national and regional development center, promotion of balanced national development "Issued under the European Union's structural and cohesion funds control law paragraph 10 of article 18 to make a Cabinet of 26 January 2010 regulations No 91" rules on "operational programme infrastructure and services" Appendix 3.6.1.1 activity "national and regional development center, promotion of balanced national development" (Latvian journal by 2010, 25 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 15.1. subparagraph by the following: "15.1. project activities directly related to the cost of the publicity measures carried out in accordance with the laws of European Union funds publicity and visual identity requirements and not exceed five percent of the total eligible direct project costs;".
2. Replace 16.1 in the number "10" with the word "seven".
3. Express section 16.2.4. by the following: "the following underground 16.2.4. communication infrastructure renewal, if the planned traffic carried on the project, bridge, street, road infrastructure construction activities, there are public service infrastructure necessary for the risk of deterioration: 16.2.4.1. heating, water supply, municipal sewage and waste water collection and disposal infrastructure;
16.2.4.2. the gas, electricity and telephony communications infrastructure renewal after June 1, 2009, increasing its crew capacity of technical parameters for raksturojošo; ".
4. Express 16.7 point as follows: "10.4. autoruzraudzīb and building costs, not to exceed three percent of the total project eligible costs."
5. To supplement the provisions under point 16.11 as follows: "the land acquisition cost 16.11, made after June 1, 2009, up to 10 percent of the project total eligible costs, if the land acquisition required for implementation of the project."
6. Express 18.2. subparagraph by the following: "18.2. costs that exceed this rules 15.1, 15.2, 16.1, 16.6, 16.7, 16.11 paragraph 20 and point out the amount of the eligible cost;".
7. Supplement with 18.6. subparagraph by the following: "the rules of 16.2.4.2.18.6. referred to infrastructure renewal, if its crew capacity of targeted technical specifications after recovery is increased."
8. Supplement with 19.3. subparagraph by the following: "19.3. costs incurred, on the basis of the employment contract."
9. Make the following subparagraphs 28.8.2.: "technical regulations on construction 28.8.2. development, specified in būvvald of the planning and architectural issued;".
10. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph in the 28.8.3: "28.8.3. public service providers the assurance that, in accordance with the legislation on public service regulators have received public service requests from specific areas, including their owners land cadastre numbers which will be provided to public service;".
11. Replace the introductory paragraph of paragraph 46.8 "." with the number "16.2.4 16.2.4.1.".
12. Express 28.9.2 28.9.3. subparagraph and the following: "certified civil 28.9.2. expert opinion, which found that the project planned investments in certain areas, it is not possible to avoid this rule 16.2.4.1. infrastructure damage referred to;
28.9.3. technical provisions for the development projects that are specified in the būvvald planning and architectural issued; ".
13. To supplement the provisions of point 28.10. the following wording: "If project 28.10. intended 16.2.4.2. these provisions referred to investments: 28.10.1. certified civil engineer examination of the opinion, which found that the project planned investments in certain areas, it is not possible to avoid this rule 16.2.4.2. infrastructure damage referred to;
28.10.2. technical provisions for the development projects that are specified in the būvvald planning and architecture of the given tasks. "
14. Replace paragraph 59 in number and the words "31 December" with a number and the word "15 July".
15. the title of Chapter VI to express the following: "VI. Closing questions".
16. To supplement the rules with 68, 69, 70, 71, 72 and 73 of the paragraph by the following: "68. These provisions 15.1 the cost limit referred to apply to design applications which have been approved in the fourth and next selection round.
69. This provision 16.1. the costs referred to in first, second and third application round project within the approved project plan and apply for no more than 10 percent of the total direct eligible costs of the project.
70.16.2.4.2. These provisions referred to in the rules shall apply to design applications which have been approved in the first, second, and the next round of project submissions.
71. This provision referred 16.7 cost limits apply to design applications which have been approved in the 4th and the next round of project submissions.
72. The provision contained in paragraph 16.11 rules apply to design applications which have been approved in the first, second, and the next round of project submissions.
73. This provision 8.1 of annex 1. the last sentence of subparagraph contained in the Declaration on project submissions that are approved for the fourth and the next application round project. "
17. To supplement the annex 8.1. section behind the words and abbreviations "guarantee the co-financing of the project the following about the ___ ___ LVL with the sentence following": "proving that the increase of the cost of the project, all of the European regional development fund project, additional costs will be covered from the funds of the applicant for the project."
