4. To supplement the provisions under point 1.1 as follows: "1.1 the provisions that apply to soldiers (except this rule 4 and 12), the militia, who suffered an accident in the performance of service in the National Guard, if these rules provide otherwise."
5. Make the paragraph 9 by the following: "9. The accident investigated by the unit commander (boss) order the Commission of the designated officials at least three. Accident investigation Commission (hereinafter the Inquiry Commission) created within three days after the capture of the accident. Accident investigations within 15 working days from the date of the Commission of inquiry was created. The Commission of inquiry within three working days after the end of the period of investigation, shall be drawn up for the accident that injured a soldier during the service (annex 1), or on accident, in which the victim, the performance of services of the militia National Guard (annex 5), except for this provision, paragraph 20. If objective reasons set out in this paragraph, the accident investigation time limit cannot be met, the unit commander (boss) can be extended for a period not longer than 30 working days. "
6. Add to 17 after the word "driver" with the words "as well as the National Guard Commander in the event of an accident victim of militia".
7. Make the paragraph 19 by the following: "19. The Inquiry Commission shall record the Act determines: 19.1. in case of death of, or damage to health, evoked the relationship with direct service duties, taking into account national and local government officials and employees of the institutions the remuneration laid down in article 23 of the law in cases of accidents (damage to health) considered unrelated to the duties of the service;
19.2. in case of death of, or injury to, militia (mutilation, concussion) causes the relation to direct the National Guard tasks or participation in training, in the light of the National Guard of the Republic of Latvia article 34 of law eighth in certain cases when accidents (damage) is deemed not to be linked to the National Guard tasks or participating in training. "
8. Make the following paragraph 23: "23. Legislation prepared in paper form in four copies or electronic document. The Act adds to the accident investigation-related material (such as a copy of the order on the establishment of the Commission of inquiry, for the severity of damage to health, the injured soldier, witnesses of the accident and the explanations of officials responsible, plans, diagrams and documents, which describe the location of the accident, weapons, ammunition, vehicles, machinery, equipment and hazardous or harmful environmental factors). If the Act shall be prepared in paper form, with accident investigation-related materials add to the first copy of the Act. "
9. Supplement 26 to the second sentence by the following: "victim of militia, the person representing his interests, or the person whose rights are affected by the legislation, drawn up in the month following receipt of the Act is entitled to challenge the National Guard of the Republic of Latvia, article 21 of the law."
10. Amend paragraph 29.2. the words "in accordance with national and local government bodies and officials of employee remuneration law."
11. Add to subparagraph behind number 29.5. and the word "(annex 4)" with the words "and the number or notice on the consequences for the militia caused the accident, the performance of service in the National Guard (annex 6).
12. Express 31 the following: "31. Accident specially investigation (hereinafter referred to as the special investigation) determines if: 31.1. established by one or more soldiers or militia dead;
31.2. soldier or militia to found serious health damage;
31.3. soldiers or militia has died from the disease, which is caused by an accident;
19.5. the soldier has died of the disease, gained during active service, the performance of the obligations of military service (occupational disease);
31.5. militia is dead the injury (mutilation, concussion) gained in the execution of tasks or participating in the National Guard in training. "
13. Replace the words "paragraph 37 in five copies of" with the words "on paper in five copies or an electronic document".
14. Add to 48 after the word "Commander" by the words "as well as the National Guard Commander in the event of an accident victim of militia".
15. Replace the title of the annex the words "military service" by the words "which hurt the soldier during the service".
