Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 959 Riga 2010 (October 12. No 52 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet of 29 April 2003, regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice (Latvian journal, 2003, 70, 141, 161, 168, 180. No; 2004, 52, 90, 188. No; 2006, nr. 46; 2008, 49, 83, 171 no; 2009, 104. , 121, no. 203) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 4.1.13, 4.1.15 4.1.14..., and the following paragraph 4.1.16:4.1.13. "free legal profession;
4.1.14. State-provided legal aid;
4.1.15. State compensation to victims;
4.1.16. the State guaranteed maintenance. "
2. Supplement with 4.2.4 and 4.2.5 of the subparagraph as follows: "to ensure public official 4.2.4 publication and filing of information (including consolidation of legislation);
4.2.5 provide community outreach and dialogue with the public on the policy, as well as to promote public awareness of legal thought and development in line with the principles of a democratic State; ".
3. Delete paragraph 5.1.4.
4. Express and section 5.2.1.7.5.2.1.8. the following wording: "5.2.1.7. organise on State legal aid to persons by the laws where the State is entitled to legal aid;
5.2.1.8. the monitor State to provide legal aid, the State compensation of victims and the State guaranteed funds for maintenance management; ".
5. Make the following point 5.2.3.: ' 5.2.3. methodical drives the family courts work sort of inheritance, heritage protection, receipt, and other functions related to the proof; ".
6. To express the following paragraph 24.18: "24.18. Maintenance guarantee fund administration."
