Regulations No. 1494 "moped, motor vehicles, their trailers and component conformity assessment rules" (Latvian journal, 2009, 206. no; 2010, 4. no) the following amendments: 1. Make the paragraph 9 by the following : "9. The little serial EC type approval shall not apply to special purpose vehicles. The EC type-approval certificates issued in accordance with the Commission on 7 October 2008, Regulation (EC) No 1060/2008 that replaces the I, III, IV, VI, VII, XI and XV of the European Parliament and of the Council of Directive 2007/46/EC establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, as well as the system of vehicles, components and separate technical units for approval (framework directive) (hereinafter Regulation No 1060/2008) the number, in accordance with the provisions of Annex 9. "
2. Replace paragraph 11, the words "and the number 10 in the annex to these provisions." with the words and figures "of the Commission of 16 April 2010 in Regulation (EU) no 371/2010 replaced with V, X, XV and XVI of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive 2007/46/EC establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, as well as the system of vehicles, components and separate technical units for approval (framework directive) (hereinafter Regulation No 371/2010)".
3. Delete paragraph 25 in number and the words "or 8".
4. Replace paragraph 29, the number "41," with the number "55".
5. Make the following paragraph 95: "95. Technical Services the evaluation and authorisation procedures are carried out under Regulation No 371/2010."
6. Delete paragraph 96.
7. Replace annex III section 4 of Chapter 2.4., the words "in the size range of the whole" with the word "dimensions".
8. Replace annex 6 section I contains the certificate of conformity 2. side the words "body type" with the words "body type".
9. Replace annex 6, section III contains individual vehicle approval certificate side 2:9.1. numbers and the words "1.1.   Axle and wheels: … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … ….

10. Replace annex 7 section 7.2 section II, the words ' issued by a recognized laboratory "CSDD" issued by CSDD recognized technical service ".
11. To supplement annex II section 7 with 7.6. subparagraph by the following: "7.6. CSDD recognized technical service issued a specific pattern evidence for a particular vehicle, the accredited technical service inspection reports issued by individual technical requirements, as indicated in paragraph 11 of this annex. Receipt issued by the technical service provides access to individual CSDD testing protocols. Test protocols and these vehicles issued receipt must match the following parameters: 7.6.1. mark of the vehicle;
7.6.2. the vehicle category;
7.6.3. the vehicle type, the trade name or model;
7.6.4. the engine manufacturer and code (engine family);

12. Replace annex 7 paragraph 9 of section II, the number and the word "in paragraph 9" with a number and the word "the" in paragraph 11.
13. Replace annex 7 paragraph 11 of section II of the note 1 and 3 number and the word "Annex" to the number 6 and the word "a" in annex 11.
14. Replace annex 7 paragraph 11 of section II of the note under "digital meaning" number 1 in a number and an explanation of the word "with" in paragraph 1.3 a number and the word "the" in paragraph 7.3.
15.
