Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1055 Riga 2010 November 16 (Mon. 64 33) procedures for corruption prevention and combating Bureau publishes political organizations (parties) annual reports, declarations of expenditure and revenue, reports on donations (donations) and the reports on the accession of members money and membership fees in accordance with the Issued political organizations (parties) Act (3) the third paragraph of article 4, the third paragraph of article 9 and the third paragraph of article 1. determines the order in which to publish political organizations (parties) associations (hereinafter referred to as political organizations (parties)) annual reports the election, the statement of income and expenditure, the report on donations (donations) and the reports of members joining and membership fees from money.
2. Political organizations (parties) submitted annual reports (without the attached annexes and sworn auditor's opinion) and the statement of income and expenditure of the corruption prevention and combating Bureau (hereinafter the Office): 2.1.  three working days after the date sent for publication in the newspaper "Gazette";
2.2. within 10 days after submitting it to a published Web site on the internet (URwww.knab.gov.lv), in addition to specifying the 2.2.1: political organizations (parties) name and registration number;
2.2.2. the applicant's name and job title;
2.2.3. the date of filing.
3. the political organization of the (party) within 15 days after the gift (donation) submitted to the receiving Office a report on donations (donations) (annex 1). The report shall state the gift (donation), amount, date of receipt, as well as the natural person who committed donations (donations).
4. the Bureau within three working days after the report on donations (donations) received shall be published in the home page on the internet (www.knab.gov.lv) the following information on political organizations (parties) received gifts (donations): 4.1 the political organizations (parties) name and registration number;
4.2. the received donations (donation);
4.3. the received donations (donation);
4.4. the gift (donation) date of receipt;
4.5. the person's name, surname and date of birth, which made the donations (donations);
4.6. message the name of the applicant, title and date of filing.
5. the political organization of the (party) quarterly until the next quarter's first month in the fifth day of the report shall be submitted to the Office of members joining and membership fees from money (annex 2). The report identifies each Member's contribution, which counted from the beginning of the calendar year exceeding one minimum monthly salary and the amount of contributions, receipt date, as well as the physical person who made a contribution.
6. The Office shall within 15 working days after this provision in paragraph 5 of that report, published on the website on the internet (www.knab.gov.lv) the following information: 6.1 the political organizations (parties) name and registration number;
6.2. accession of the Member the amount and date of receipt;
6.3. the membership fee in the amount and date of receipt;
6.4. a member who has made contributions (first name, last name and date of birth);
6.5. type of contributions – members joining or membership fee;
6.6. reporting the name of the applicant, title and date of filing.
