Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1156 2010 in Riga on December 21 (Mon. No 74 22) procedures for granted and paid by the retirement pension of the judges under the judges ' retirement pension Act article 8, fourth paragraph 1. defines the procedure for the grant and payment of the retirement pension of the judges (retirement pension).
2. to receive a retirement pension, a judge or a person who, in accordance with the law of judges retirement pension are entitled to a retirement pension (hereinafter applicant for the retirement pension), any State social insurance agency (hereinafter Agency) the chapter shall submit a request for retirement pension and then add: 2.1. documents certifying the retirement seniority, which give entitlement to a retirement pension;
2.2. the employer's statement of average monthly wage according to the judges ' retirement pension Act article 5;

3. at the request of the retirement pension and a document on retirement pension receipt, the Agency shall request the necessary information about the applicant's retirement pension retirement seniority and pay, from which a retirement pension: 3.1.-on the administration of Justice from the district (City) courts, regional courts and land registry Department judges;
3.2. the Constitutional Court, the Constitutional Court judges;
3.3. the administration of the Supreme Court, the judges of the Supreme Court;
3.4. the Ombudsman's Office — of the Ombudsman.
4. The provisions of paragraph 3 of that institution within 10 working days of the receipt of the request for information is prepared and forwarded to the Agency: 4.1. certificate of the applicant's retirement pension the retirement period worked for judge or Ombudsman's Office, which gives entitlement to a retirement pension (annex 1);
4.2. certificate of retirement pension applicant's release from a judge or Ombudsman's Office and pay the judges or the Office of the Ombudsman (annex 2).
5. If the applicant for the retirement pension retirement pension does not have added the documents proving the retirement pension of the judges of the law referred to in article 3 of the retirement seniority, the necessary information is obtained from the relevant authorities.
6. the total retirement pensions retirement seniority of a claimant shall be expressed in years, months and days.

10. 12. If the retirement pension of the judges ' retirement pension law case before the old-age pension is paid for the grant of a certain age, then, starting with the age of retirement day, paid the difference between the amount of the retirement pension and old-age pension.
13. The retirement pension to which the beneficiary of the retirement pension shall be reduced by the amount of the retirement pension granted, the difference between the amount of the retirement pension and old-age pension paid at the old-age pension.
14. The rules referred to in paragraph 20 of the retirement pension, at the request of the beneficiary of the pension paid to a credit institution of the Republic of Latvia or a postal account in settlement of 2011 continues to transfer to the credit institution of the Republic of Latvia or postal payment system account every month from the eleventh to the fifteenth.
15. Delivery of retirement pensions retirement pension beneficiary's residence and the old-age pension, the pension Agency's delivery charges deducted from the pension recipient's payment as payment for one delivery.
16. The retirement pension paid off by next month, when the Agency has become aware of the retirement pension of the Judges Act, article 2, third, and fourth paragraph 3.1 of the cases referred to.

20. Until 31 December 2010 the allotted retirement pension (awarded in accordance with the judges ' retirement pension Act) and part of the costs from the January 2011 agency based on the information provided by the judicial administration of pension matters.

23. Be declared unenforceable in Cabinet on 9 January 2007, Regulation No 43 "the procedure for the granting and judges retirement pension payable" (Latvian journal, 2007, no. 7).
24. provisions shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
