Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 1225 Riga 2010 December 28 (Mon. No 75 57) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 December 2009. Regulations No. 1662 "air navigation service and national civil aviation aerodrome service charges order Issued in accordance with the" law "Of aviation" 28. the first paragraph of article 1 do cabinet 28 December 2009 No. 1662 "in the terms of the provision of air navigation services and the national civil aviation aerodrome services charging arrangements" (Latvian journal, 2009, 205. no) the following amendments : 1.1. Express 2.1. in explanation of the expression "P" as follows: "P-charge unit pricing Riga flight information region – 29.44 € or the equivalent amount in the Bank of Latvia exchange rate;";
1.2. make paragraph 4 by the following: "4. From these provisions referred to in paragraph 2, the charge is released: 4.1 Commission of 6 December 2006 Regulation (EC) 1794/2006 laying down a common charging scheme for air navigation services, article 9 of the flights referred to in the first subparagraph;
4.2. flights by State aircraft (including military, customs or border guard aircraft) of 7 December 1944 Convention on international civil aviation within the meaning of article 3;
4.3. flights Riga flight information region under visual flight rules outside of controlled airspace boundaries. ";
1.3. the introductory part of paragraph 5 worded as follows: "5. the provisions Of paragraph 3 of that charge is released:";
1.4. to make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. This provision 3.3.1. and 3.3.2. fees are referred to exempt passengers who are under the age of two years.";
1.5. make 7.1. subparagraph by the following: "2.1. these provisions 7.1 the fee referred to in subparagraph on the provision of air navigation services provided to the flight route of the flight information region of Riga and in accordance with the international agreements the Republic of Latvia in delegated airspace, in accordance with the 1981 12 February multilateral agreement on the provision of air navigation services charges levied in the European Organisation for the safety of air navigation (European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation) central route charges Office (hereinafter referred to as Eurocontrol payment Office). This provision fee referred to in point 2.2 of the Latvian air traffic may collect payment on behalf of the Eurocontrol Office; "
1.6. delete paragraph 8 and 10.
2. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
