No 75 54) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 10 March 2008 the rules No 166 "rules for active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment, organisation and financing arrangements for the implementation of the measures and selection principles" Issued in accordance with the law on the support of the unemployed and jobs seekers-article 4, second, fifth, seventh and eighth daļuIzdarī the Cabinet of Ministers on 10 March 2008 the rules No 166 "rules for active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment, organisation and financing arrangements for the implementation of the measures and the choice principles" (Latvian journal , 2008, no. 46; 2009, 9, 37, 125, 130, 135. no; 2010, 34, 108 no). the following amendments: 1. Replace the text, the words "unemployment, for which the specific disability" (fold) with the words "the unemployed with disabilities" (fold).
2. To replace the words "in subparagraph 1.2. people with certain disabilities" with the words "persons with disabilities".
3. paragraph 2 shall be expressed as follows: "2. the State employment agency (hereinafter the Agency), in cooperation with other State and local authorities, as well as natural and legal persons and associations of such persons, organized and implemented active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment (hereinafter measures). Activities organized under this chapter 2 provisions of the measures implementing the check procedure and proposed State budget, structural funds of the European Union or other funding sources, as well as the situation in the labour market, which developed into the respective administrative territory. "
4. 5. 6. 9. Make 25 as follows: "25. 15. 18. Express 3.4. the following subheading: "3.4. Competitive measures 81. 22. Make 98. and 99. the following points: "98. Complex support measures include: 98.1. youth work practice (last from six to 12 months), which enables the young person to gain work skills;
98.2. career planning advice, professionals (psychologists and psychotherapists) individual and group consultations that contribute to a person's self-confidence and motivation to rise to integrate into the labour market (lasts up to 32 hours);
98.3. support measures for persons caring child from a year and a half before the start of the acquisition of basic education (lasting no more than six months). Child minding is provided by a service provider selected by the Agency; 
98.4. the measure of "jobs for the young person" (lasts up to nine months). The event focused on the integration of unemployed young people in the labour market, while promoting the creation of permanent jobs and unemployed young people in permanent employment;
98.5. the measure "support volunteer work for young people". The measures provided for in the society and the Foundation's statutory function (lasts up to six months) and focus on the young unemployed activity promoting the public good;
98.6. measure "Workshop for young people". Measure the young unemployed education take three professional areas and each area works in three weeks, to become familiar with their specific nature and gained the first experiences of a young person to allow the unemployed to do educational and professional activities.
99. In compound support measures involve the following target group unemployed: 99.1. this rule 98.1. referred to in measure of unemployed people aged between 18 and 24 years of age, who have acquired basic education, but after the education is not established employment relationship or business relationship to participation in activities has been established in its entirety for a period of not more than six months;

23. 3. monthly 101.2 wage subsidy job, working with young people hired unemployed. About five unemployed young people employment grant 50% of the national minimum monthly wage amount, on one young unemployed, the employment of one-fifth of the said salary grant.
101.3 "support measures for the voluntary work of young people" and "Youth for the implementation workshop" financial resources provided monthly scholarship may be used for the costs of a young person unemployed 40 lats (young person unemployed with disabilities-60 lats). "
27.
