Replace the words "in the text of the provisions of the Ministry of the environment" (fold) with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry" (fold).

3. Delete paragraph 8.5.
4. Express 8.6. subparagraph by the following: "8.6. publicity expenses, if the relevant publicity services shall not exceed the minimum requirements set by the laws and regulations of the European Union fund co-financed project publicity and visual identity requirements;".
5. Delete paragraph 8.1 "8.5".
6. The deletion of paragraph 12, the word and the number "and 8.5".
7. Express 21 as follows: "21. the applicant shall prepare a project the project submission (annex 2) according to the rules referred to in annex 3 of the draft application evaluation criteria."
8. Delete paragraph 32.
9. Expression 33 as follows: "33. evaluation the Commission shall assess the project submissions in the following order: 33.1. scored the first application project compliance with this provision 3.25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 administrative criteria listed in. If the assessment is in one of the following criteria is "no", the project application and assessment of the head of the responsible authority shall take a decision on the rejection of the application of the project;
