10.16.2. legislation on environmental impact assessment of the document preparation costs;
10.16.3. engineering studies;
10.16.4. būvekspertīz charge;
10.16.5. audit costs, if the audit is a prerequisite for the project supporting the development of the documentation;
10.17. the specialized fire-fighting vehicles the cost of acquiring the required aerodrome certification and meet the 7 December 1944 Convention on international civil aviation annex 14 requirements. "
6. Supplement with 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 of the following paragraph: "10.1 the second and third application round project projects that rule 10.2., 10.6 and costs referred to in subparagraph (de) agea. attributable from 24 October 2006.
10.2 second and third application round project projects that rule 10.2., 10.5 and (de) agea. costs referred to in point total is attributable to not more than 10 percent of the project's total eligible costs.
