Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 151, Riga, 22 February 2011 (pr. 11. § 36) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 March 2010 No. 215 "provisions of the rules for the granting of State aid to fisheries development from the financial means of the Fund" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 March 2010 No. 215 "provisions of the rules for the granting of State aid to fisheries development from the financial means of the Fund" (Latvian Journal No 45, 2010) the following amendments : 1. Express 6.5. subparagraph by the following: "6. in the context of the project the application of the measures referred to in the procurement procedure organised documents according to public procurement law and ancillary laws;".
2. Supplement with 6.8 and 6.9. subparagraph by the following: "6. a copy of the lease agreement for the particular water body management, concluded with the municipality or municipalities in which the administrative body is located, – if the applicant – society – log on to aid the fish in the fish resources of the Fund for the propagation and breeding in public bodies and bodies which the fishing rights belong to the State, as well as in other bodies at the State or local government property;
6.9. the reconciliation on the implementation of projects in a given body of water by the municipality or municipalities in which the administrative body is located, – if the applicant – society – log on to aid the fish in the fish resources of the Fund for the propagation and breeding in public bodies and bodies which the fishing rights belong to the State, as well as in other bodies, which are the property of the State or municipality. "
3. Make paragraph 10 by the following: ' 10. not later than three days before the fish Fund of the Council of the Foundation Council of the fish asks the responsible fish Foundation Board member according to its competency to prepare a written opinion on the conformity of the application of the project specific measures (hereinafter referred to as the opinion). 6. 7. Add to paragraph 23, after the word "service" with the words "personally, by post or electronically, in accordance with the legislation on electronic document design."

9. Replace paragraph 24.1. number and the word "(annex 4)" with a number and the word "(annex 5)."

13. Delete paragraph 25.
14. Express 32, 33 and 34 as follows: "32. Service after the beneficiary's receipt of a written request for interim payments shall be paid on the beneficiary, if interim need for project execution, no more than 40 percent of the amount of aid granted to the project, if the project is implemented and its implementation is an audited value (physically measurable result of the action taken, based on the books) and the following interim provides with services the contract concluded.
33. the Council of the Foundation of the fish after the beneficiary's receipt of a written request is entitled to approve the payment of an advance on the project no more than 50 percent of the total project financing and interim no more than 40 percent of the total project funding.
34. If the applicant has requested payment for the project in advance or interim payment and fish Fund Council has approved the draft of the requested advance or interim payment amount, service not later than one month after the date of approval of the transfer to the applicant the aid: 34.1. the imprest Fund Council of fish within, but not more than 50 percent of the total project financing;
21.3. intermediate fish within the Foundation, but not more than 40 percent of the total project financing. "
