Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 532 in Riga, July 5, 2011 (pr. No 41 11) the order in which the State revenue service information-legal persons of the Republic of Latvia to resident and non-resident permanent representation of Latvia − payment accounts Issued in accordance with the payment service and electronic money article 44.1 of the law 1. determines the procedure and the period within which the payment service provider, set payment services and electronic cash law 2 of the second paragraph of article 3, paragraph 4 and 7. the State revenue service provides information on the legal entity of the Republic of Latvia-the resident and non-resident permanent representation of Latvia-payment account (hereinafter referred to as the accounts of legal persons) opening and closing.
2. The payment service provider in each calendar week second working of State revenue information for previous week open or closed accounts of legal persons, indicating the account opening or closing date.
3. The payment service provider for information about the accounts of legal persons supplying electronic under the electronic Act, as well as through the State revenue service information system implemented in services, online XML (DUF) file format, one file including not more than 20 000 entries. If the total amount of units exceed the record 20 000 entries, submit more files.
4. Payment service providers until September 1, 2011, submit to the State revenue service information on those legal persons paying accounts that have been opened and not closed until august 22, 2011.
5. in paragraph 2 of these regulations comes into force on September 1, 2011.
