Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 712 in 2011 (September 20. No 53 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 9 February 2010 No. 123 "in the terms of the health, hygiene and safety requirements for raw milk movement" Issued in accordance with article 25 of the law on veterinary medicine and 12 do cabinet 9 February 2010 No. 123 "in the terms of the health, hygiene and safety requirements of the raw milk movement" (Latvian journal 2010, 25 no) the following amendments: 1. Delete the third sentence of paragraph 3, the words "agricultural data centre".
2. Supplement with 4.1.3. subparagraph by the following: "4.1.3. tracking all the information available about the quality of the raw milk produced and taking all the necessary measures to remedy the non-compliance in accordance with these rules;".
3. Replace paragraph 10, the word "milk" with the words "raw milk".
4. To make 17 and 18 the following: "17. The buyer, on the basis of a written agreement with the producer, provided the raw milk samples (hereinafter referred to as the minimum raw milk samples) to an accredited laboratory conforming to regulations on raw milk quality control laboratories and monitoring procedures for the recognition of those requirements.
18. The buyer provides the training, which takes a minimum of samples of raw milk in the standard LVS EN ISO 707:2011 "milk and milk products. Instructions for sampling "requirements and testing laboratories."
5. Replace paragraph 19, the words and figures "EN 175:1999" unpasteurized milk sampling ' "with the words and figures" LVS EN ISO 707:2011 "milk and milk products. Guidance on sampling. '

9. Replace paragraph 23, the words "(for example, fat percentage, protein content, in acidity, density)" with the words "(for example, fat percentage, protein content, in acidity, density, soda, ammonia and hydrogen peroxide presence)".
10. Add to paragraph 24 behind the words "double size" with the words "or found the presence of inhibitor".
11. 12. Delete paragraph 26, the words "in writing or electronically, if the manufacturer has agreed in writing".
13. Make a paragraph 29 by the following: "29. If the animal health chapter II of these regulations comply with the requirements referred to in this provision, storage, referred to in chapter III requirements and raw milk – this rule 21.1 and 21.2. criteria referred to in the service within three working days following that rule 28, paragraph examination of the receipt of the decision on raw milk sales ban lifted, shall notify the manufacturer and the database will void the entry about the raw milk sales ban. "
14. paragraph 30 expressing the following wording: "30. 15. Express 34 as follows: "34. paragraph 33 of these rules of receipt of the information referred to in the service shall take a decision on the prohibition of the marketing of raw milk producer shed where they are found in raw milk, inform the inhibitor manufacturer and shall record in the database for that raw milk is prohibited. " 
16. the express 37 as follows: "37. If raw milk does not meet the criteria mentioned in these provisions, shall take the action specified in the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009. in Regulation (EC) no 1069/2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption, and the Commission of 25 February 2011 regulation 142/2011, implementing European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 1069/2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and Council Directive 97/78/EC with regard to certain practices and goods which are not on the border veterinary checks carried out in accordance with that directive. "
17. Make 40 as follows: "40. Minimum of samples of raw milk shall be marked with a label that using bar code and numbers, imprinted with a unique number of samples of raw milk."
18. Make 43 as follows: "43. Minimum of labelled samples of raw milk buyer with data center provided by the label. If the required samples of raw milk is not marked with a data center the label information on the database will not appear. "
19. Replace paragraph 45, the words "raw milk" sample with the words "compulsory" samples of raw milk.
20. Replace paragraph 46, the words "raw milk samples taken" with the words "raw milk" of the sample taken.
21. Delete paragraph 47.
22. Replace the first sentence of paragraph 48, the word "compulsory" with the word "mandatory".
23. To make the title of Chapter VIII in the following wording: "VIII. Closing questions".
24. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 53: "53. Rule 20.1 points shall enter into force on 1 November 2011."
