No 18 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 December 2010 the arrangements no 1230 "rules for collecting information and statistics on the movement of veterinary medicinal products" Issued in accordance with article 5 of the law on pharmacy, paragraph 21 to make the Cabinet of 28 December 2010 regulations No. 1230 "rules on the collection of information and statistics on the movement of veterinary medicinal products" (Latvian journal, 2011 2, no) the following amendments: 1. Make the paragraph 5 by the following : "5. the manufacturer and lieltirgotav: report on Latvia 5.1 distributed veterinary medicinal product, including the parallel and distributed parallel imported medicinal products and veterinary medicinal products registered (annex 1), the food and veterinary service shall submit four times a year: 5.1.1 to 15 April – for the period from 1 January to 31 March; 5.1.2. to 15 July – for the period from 1 April to 30 June; 5.1.3. to 15 October, for the period from 1 July to 30 September; 5.1.4. to 15 January – for the period from 1 October of the preceding year to 31 December; 5.2. Overview of distributed and exported quantities of veterinary medicinal products, including supplies from the countries of the European economic area and to them (annex 2), the food and veterinary service shall be submitted twice a year: 5.2.1 until July 31 – for the period from 1 January to 30 June; 5.2.2. till 31 January – for the period from 1 July of the previous year to 31 December; 5.3. these rules 5.1 and 5.2 of the report referred to submit electronically, send it from the e-mail address lieltirgotav or by the manufacturer of food and veterinary service.
