The Bank of Latvia Regulation No 148 in 2016 may 12 amendments to the Bank of Latvia on 13 May 2009. Regulations No. 36 "foreign currency cash buying and selling rules" Issued in accordance with the law "on banking" article 11, the second paragraph of article 39 and the second part 1. make Bank of Latvia 13 May 2009. Regulations No. 36 "foreign currency cash buying and selling rules" (Latvian journal 2009, no. 77; 2010, Nr. 78; 2011, no. 76; 2012, No. 83; 13, no. 20 and no. 137) as follows: 1. replace paragraph 13, the word "Board" with the word "President"; 1.2. to express 17 as follows: "17. Bank Licensing Commission meetings are convened as necessary but not less frequently than once a month."; 1.3. make 64. paragraph by the following: "64. The Corporation is allowed to foreign currency purchase and sale of the site to conduct any other commercial operation if it does not endanger these provisions set out the objective of the licensing and legislation on foreign currency cash buying and selling. '; 1.4. deletion of paragraph 65, the word "only"; 1.5. in paragraph 1.5.1.73: Supplement with 73.5.1 point as follows: "73.5.1 information about foreign currency buying or selling transaction fees and other additional costs, giving it with a 73.5. these provisions of the information referred to in paragraph;"; 1.5.2. the following subparagraph shall be added to the 73.6.1: "73.6.1 information on the right to withdraw from the purchase of foreign exchange or the sale of 85 of these rules in the cases referred to in paragraph;"; 1.6. in paragraphs 74 to replace "" with the number "73.5.73.5.1"; 1.7. delete paragraph 79; 1.8. to supplement 84. paragraph after the word "conditions" with the words "t.sk. the applicable fees and other additional costs "; 1.9. to replace the words "in paragraph 85, that the transaction" with the words "found that according to this provision the requirements of paragraph 84 were not aware of all the Corporation's proposed deal conditions, t.sk. the applicable fees and other additional costs, the transaction ". 2. the rules shall enter into force on 1 June 2016.
