Tractor manufacturer who wants to use the flexibility scheme (stage III B limit values of emission during the period), in accordance with the requirements of this annex shall be submitted to the EC type-approval authority the application, which asks permission to be placed on the market for a certain number of tractor. Tractor manufacturer, 3 and 4 of this annex. applications referred to in paragraph 1 (hereinafter referred to as the application) specifies the following information: 5.1 to each tractor, which will be installed in the engine, placed on the market in accordance with the flexibility of the scheme, the attached label model with the following text: "tractor no ____ (tractor) from ___ (the total number of the tractor power range), with the engine no ___ and the type approval (Directive 2000/25/EC) no ____"; 5.2. the engine attached to a label, the model for which the text "the engine is placed on the market in accordance with the flexibility of the scheme" in accordance with the laws and regulations on the labelling requirements of the engine. 6. the tractor manufacturer provide the relevant EC type-approval authority with all the necessary information related to the implementation of the scheme and the flexibility which the EC type-approval authority required in paragraph 11 of this annex to that decision. 7. the manufacturer of the tractor, every six months the EC type-approval authorities in each EU country in which the tractor is placed on the market, a report on the implementation of the flexibility scheme used (hereinafter referred to as the message). 8. The report shall include data on the cumulative number of tractor, placed on the market in accordance with the flexibility of the scheme, motor and tractor serial numbers and Member States of the European Union, where the tractor put into. Report of the EC type-approval authorities shall submit until the flexibility of implementation of the scheme will continue. 9. the engine manufacturer in accordance with the flexibility of the scheme for the placing on the market of engines approved in accordance with part C of this annex. 10. the engine manufacturer of the engines, distributed on the market in accordance with the flexibility of the scheme, shall be marked with the text "the engine is placed on the market in accordance with the flexibility of the scheme" in accordance with the laws and regulations on the labelling requirements of the engine. 11. the EC type-approval authority shall assess the applications submitted by the manufacturer of the tractor and the documents annexed thereto and shall inform the manufacturer of the tractor, the decision taken to allow or not allow the use of the flexibility scheme. " 2. To cancel the Cabinet 15 November 2011 Regulation No 881 "amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 27 June 2006, regulations no 535 ' agricultural or forestry tractors, their trailers and component conformity assessment rules '" (Latvian journal, 2011, no 185).
3. the rules shall enter into force on June 1, 2012.
