General questions 1. Memorial Museum Association (hereinafter referred to as the Museum Association) is the Minister of culture's direct regulatory authority. Museums Association has the following rights: 5.1 to charge for the services provided; 5.2. receive donations, donations, foreign financial assistance to participate in the tender of projects to attract funding; 5.3. The Museum Association at the request of the Ministry of culture provides information on its activities and the use of financial resources. V. concluding questions 13.
