General questions 1. determines: 1.1. fees for official publications (official publications fee), the charging arrangements and facilities; 1.2. fees for official publications and the Web site www.likumi.lv the law relating to the transfer of re-use (further – information for re-use fee); 1.3. the political party registry post publication procedures. 2. The Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the official Edition of the "journal" (official Edition) Publisher not less frequently than every three years, review the official publication of fees and charges for the re-use of information and applicable incentives and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals for updating it.
II. Official publication of fees and charges for the re-use of information and official publications of charge relief 3. This provision 4.3, 5.3 and 6.2. official publications referred to the cost of the provision included in the official publication on the new register of companies subject to record in the log, the operator, European economic interest groups or political parties for the formation of the record publishing. 8. publication of the results of the competition of posts are included in the competitive position of the publication fee (section I of the annex to these provisions, paragraph 13). 9. official publications of charge 50 percent of benefits granted to persons under 18 years of age with disabilities, persons with disability groups I or II, persons receiving old-age pensions, the politically repressed persons, disadvantaged or poor families and disadvantaged or needy persons who are the creators of information.
