Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 80 in 2013 (5 February. 13. § 7) milk and milk products and for the recognition of producer organisations in their operational procedures for supervision Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act, 9. the third paragraph of article i. General questions 1. milk and milk products, producer organisations recognition criteria, recognition procedures and operational conditions, as well as the control of the producer organisation. 2. Producers of milk and milk products is: 2.1. milk producers organisation that meets the Council of 22 October 2007, Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (single CMO Regulation) (hereinafter Regulation No 1234/2007) article 126, paragraph 1; 2.2. the rules referred to in point 2.1 of the Dairy Association of producer organisations for which recognition is granted in accordance with the provisions of chapter II; 2.3. interbranch organisation of milk which complies with the provisions of Regulation No 1234/2007 article 126 1. 3. Milk and milk products of recognised producer organisations, the rural support service (hereinafter service). II. Where a producer organisation is established in less than a year prior to the application for recognition, service valued members of the producers ' organisation or participants of the annual report – natural person established in the State revenue service as reviewer, economic activities, annual income statements in accordance with the provisions of annex 1 (A) paragraph 5 of section 1; 9.5. producer organisations and the processing purchased raw milk sales volume as well as its members ' compliance with the milk producers and their status in the raw milk sold by volume. 10. If the application for recognition does not contain all the necessary information, service requests in writing to the producer organisation. The producer organisation shall within 10 working days of receipt of the request, submit the required information. 11. In order to qualify for recognition of interbranch organisations of milk, the inter-branch organisation's electronic document or paper submitted in recognition of the services of the application (annex 3) and interbranch organisations the Member a copy of the agreement for participation in cross-sectoral organization. 29. the Department shall adopt one of the following decisions: 29.1. recognition of interbranch organisations in the application approval and recognition of interbranch organisation; 29.2. the rejection of the application for recognition if: 29.2.1. the inter-branch organisation does not comply with this provision in paragraph 26 and 27 of these requirements; 29.2.2. verify the information specified in the application for recognition, determined that it is not true. 30. The adoption of any of the provisions referred to in paragraph 29 of the decision, the Department assessed: 30.1. these rules of application referred to in paragraph 28; 30.2. the statutes of the interbranch organisation; 30.3. the inter-branch organization registration in the register of associations and foundations; 18.9. the inter-branch organisation's annual report (on the last year concluded before the application for recognition). If the inter-branch organization is established in less than a year prior to the application for recognition, service valued members of the interbranch organisation annual accounts or the annual income declaration participants; 5. interbranch organisations the Member purchased, sold and the amount of the processed raw milk, as well as the retail turnover. 31. If the application for recognition does not contain all the necessary information, service requests in writing to the interbranch organisation. The inter-branch organization is 10 working days following receipt of the information requested on the presented services. 32. Service every 12 months take Regulation No 1234/2007 article 126b of paragraph 3 referred to "b". 33.
