Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 383 in Riga 2016 (14 June. No 29 35) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 6 June 2006, regulations No. 453 "rules on radio frequency allocation of authorisations issued in accordance with the electronic communications law article 7 and paragraph 1 of article 50 to make the Cabinet on 6 June 2006, regulations no 453" rules on radio frequency allocation of authorisations "(Latvian journal, 2006, nr. 90; 2007, 50 no; 2012, 106. no) the following amendments : 1. Replace the text, the word "telecommunication" (fold) with the word "telecommunications" (fold). 2. Make paragraph 10 by the following: ' 10. short-term permit is a document that allows temporary use of radio equipment, its operational demonstration or trial. Short-term use permit is issued for a period not exceeding six months. " 3. Make the following paragraph 25: "25. This provision 14.1. referred to is executed when a State joint stock company" electronic means "is in possession of information that confirmed the permission referred to in the request for compliance with the radio regulations regarding conformity assessment." 4. Make the following paragraph 33.3: ' 33.3. does not comply with radio regulations on conformity assessment; " 5. Add to paragraph 34 with the fourth sentence as follows: "national armed forces submitted an application for authorisation, where authorisation based on urgency, a public joint stock company" electronic means "looking within three working days of its receipt." 6. Supplement with 22.7. subparagraph by the following: "If the radio equipment was 36.6. comply with laws and regulations concerning conformity assessment." 7. Delete the second sentence of paragraph 39. 8. Supplement with 44.1 chapter V paragraph by the following: "44.1 State joint stock company" electronic communication "and the applicant may enter into a contract for the provision in paragraph 6 requesting permission specified and issues electronically. The contract provides for requirements for mutual exchange of data, exchange of information, security and privacy, as well as the obligations of the parties. " 9. Express of annex 1 paragraph 6 by the following: "6. at public joint stock companies ' electronic communications ' request to the appropriate radio equipment statement of conformity issued in accordance with the laws and regulations on conformity assessment." 10. Replace the words "annex 3 (paraksttiesīg or authorized person title, caption and transcript)" with the words "(paraksttiesīg or authorized person position, name, surname and signature)". 11. To complement annex 3 with the following note: "Note. The document property "signature" does not fill in, if the electronic document has been prepared according to the law on electronic document design.
