Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 897 2013 in Riga on September 17 (pr. No 49 101), amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 15 December 2009 regulations "regulations on 1487 operational programme ' infrastructure and services ' 3.5.1.2.3. 5. Supplement with 16.3 and 16.4. subparagraph by the following: "investment in fixed assets-16.3. sewage sludge processing infrastructure and equipping in accordance with laws and regulations for sewage sludge and compost use, monitoring and control; 16.4. the investment in fixed assets, specialized technical and operation limited area for lifting and handling the purchase of motor vehicles, not exceeding 10% of the total eligible costs. " 6. To supplement the provisions of this subparagraph with 18.6.: "18.6. operation of specialised implements and limited area for lifting and handling motor vehicle acquisition costs, which exceed 10% of the total eligible costs." 7.
