Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1034 Riga 2013 (October 1. No 51 14. §) rules on the State fee for a visa, residence permit or long-term resident status in Latvia to request the necessary documents and related services Issued under immigration law and article 6 of the law "on the European Union's permanent resident status in Latvia" in article 4, the second part of rule 1 determine Government fees for long-term visa, residence permit or long-term resident status in Latvia to request the necessary documents and related services as well as the arrangements for payment of the fee and the categories of persons who are exempt from payment of State fees or requiring the uniform visa, apply a reduced rate of duty. 2.
