No 51 14. §) rules on the State fee for a visa, residence permit or long-term resident status in Latvia to request the necessary documents and related services Issued under immigration law and article 6 of the law "on the European Union's permanent resident status in Latvia" in article 4, the second part of rule 1 determine Government fees for long-term visa, residence permit or long-term resident status in Latvia to request the necessary documents and related services as well as the arrangements for payment of the fee and the categories of persons who are exempt from payment of State fees or requiring the uniform visa, apply a reduced rate of duty. 2. State fee rates for long-term visas for residence or in the Republic of Latvia the term extension of the examination of the documents required are as follows: 2.1 the lump sum and by Visa – 61.18 eur; 2.2. multiple visa-85.37 euro. 3. State fee rates for the approval of the visa invitation request are as follows: 3.1 for the invitation of applications submitted for approval – 7.11 € 3.2. in addition to the provisions referred to in point 3.1. State fees rate – for each request in the invitation person older than six years-2.85 euro; 3.3. in addition to the provisions referred to in point 3.1. State fees rate – for each request in the invitation of children up to six years of age – 1.42 euro; 3.4. in addition to these provisions 3.1. and 3.2.) State fee rates for the registration of residence permit are as follows: 6.1 on termiņuzturēšan permissions to documents submitted for registration: 6.1.1 Review 30 days – 42.69 eur; 6.1.2. within 10 working days – 113.83 eur; 6.1.3. within five working days-184.97 for the euro; 6.2. the termiņuzturēšan permission issued in accordance with immigration law article 23, first paragraph 28, 29 or 30., examination of documents submitted for registration of foreigner and his family members: 6.2.1.30 days-€ 71.14; 6.2.2. within 10 working days – 142.29 eur; 6.2.3. within five working days-€ 213.43; 6.3. the permanent residence permit registration document submitted to the proceedings: 6.3.1.30 days-35.57 €; 6.3.2. within 10 working days – 99.60 eur; 6.3.3. within five working days-170.74 euro. 7. State fee rates for call-approval of residence permit or registration to request the following: 7.1 for submitting the request for the approval of the call – 7.11 € 7.2. in addition to the provisions referred to in point 7.1. State fees rate – for each call the person requests older than six years-2.85 euro; 7.3. in addition to the provisions referred to in point 7.1. State fees rate – for each call request contains child up to six years of age – 1.42 euro; 7.4. in addition to this rule 7.1.7.2 the referred and State fees rate – for each of the work permit of the person you request – 54.07 euro. 8. the rate of the State fee for each call to request clarification of information made pursuant to its request, – € 5.69. 9. a State fee shall be paid before the submission of the relevant documents, and placed in the national budget. Categories of persons that are exempted from the payment of State fee: 10.1 a foreigner and his host, if the exemption from State fees comply with binding international treaties; 10.2. a foreigner and his Inviter, if foreigners entry to and residence in the Republic of Latvia to comply with the national interests; 10.3. a foreigner who requests a visa marked "diplomatic visa" or "visa" service; 10.4. a foreigner who require a visa, and it has to do with humanitarian considerations; 10.5. the citizen – the approval of his call to the spouse, the minors (also in custody) the child and his spouse or dependent persons; 10.6. the citizen's family member who, together with the Latvian citizen moves to the Republic of Latvia of the other Member State of the European Union, the countries of the European economic area or the Swiss Confederation, on the request for the examination of documents, as well as rules 5 and 6 in the cases referred to in point; 10.7. returnees, if he had emigrated from the Republic of Latvia until 4 May 1990 or born abroad, or travel from Latvia after 4 May 1990, and at the time of departure was minor, as well as his family member if he shall return, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law, the visa application requires the examination of the documents, as well as this rule 5.6, 5.7, 5.10 and point 6.3., in the cases referred to in (a); 10.8. a child up to 16 years of age: in paragraph 2 of this rule, 5.3.1., 5.6.1, 5.7.1., 5.9.1., and 5.8.1.5.10. in the cases referred to in this provision as well as 6.3.1. in the case referred to in subparagraph; 10.9. resident foreigners in Valga, Estonia foreigners travelling with Passport and is wearing a Latvian resident citizen or non-citizens of Latvia, a member of the family – these rules 5.2.1, 5.6.1., 5.10., 6.1.1., and 7 in point 6.3.1. in the cases referred to in point; 10.10. the Latvian or lībiet (Livonian), or a person with at least one parent is a citizen of Latvia, as well as his or her spouse and the minor children – for claiming the necessary visa documents; 10.11. foreigners who acquired the status of refugee or subsidiary in the Republic of Latvia – that rule 5.3, 5.6, 5.8, 5.10, 6.1 and 6.3. cases referred to; 10.12. the foreigner to whom the Republic of Latvia granted temporary protection – these rules 5.1, 5.10, 5.11, 6.1 and 6.3. cases referred to; 10.13. the foreigner, which in accordance with the laws on personal recognition for the victims of trafficking in human beings victims granted status – these rules 5.1, 5.10. and 6.1. in the cases referred to in (a); 10.14.
