Express 6.8. subparagraph by the following: "6. the vehicles, machinery, personal effects, household equipment and household equipment renting;"; 1.2. make 10.1. subparagraph by the following: "10.1. guarantee covers up to 80% of financial services, but one of the economic analyst and the related group of persons, not more than 1 500 000 750 000 euro or euro if the economic operator active in the road transport sector;"; 1.3. make a point 15 as follows: "15. support one economic operator in the framework of these rules does not exceed 200 000 euro or 100 000 euro, if the economic operator active in the road transport sector. '; 1.4. to express 17 as follows: "17. before receiving the aid beneficiary submit to the Latvian guarantee agency in the form of de minimis aid received in accordance with the laws and regulations on de minimis aid tracking and award procedures, as well as proof of the true and complete provision of information contained in these provisions and in compliance with the conditions. '; 1.5. make 18 the following: "6. The Latvian guarantee agency verifies that the total amount of aid that the economic operator has received for the current year and the previous two calendar years pursuant to Commission Regulation No 1998/2006, shall not exceed 200 000 euro or 100 000 euro, if the economic operator active in the road transport sector. '; 1.6. to replace paragraph 27 in the numbers and the words "31 December 2013" with numbers and the words "30 June 2014." 2. This provision 1.2., 1.3 and 1.5. subparagraph shall enter into force on January 1, 2014.
