Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 361 in Riga 2014 (1 July. No 36 24) of bovine animals, swine, sheep, goats and horses studbook sorting rules Issued in accordance with the breeding and animal breeding law article 7 of the second paragraph of point 2 i. General questions 1. determines the order in which you sort of bovine animals, swine, sheep, goats and horses studbook (animals). 2. use the flock-book: 2.1 analysis of breeding achievements; 2.2. the best animal Favorites, over the selection and registration; 2.3. the further breeding objectives; 2.4. the lineage data reliability test. 3. The herd-book in the appropriate breed livestock breeders ' organisation (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) to which assigned a variety of livestock breeders organization status in accordance with the laws and regulations for breed livestock breeders organization eligibility criteria and breed livestock breeders organization status. 4. If one breeds stud in several organisations, its agricultural data centre (hereinafter referred to as the data center) by mutual agreement: 4.1 the procedures organizations exchange information on the animals to burn in the book; 4.2. procedure for granting entry number of the animals (with the exception of the species for which the organization is the book number shall not be assigned). 5. the Organization's animal data tracking creates individual accounting cards (hereinafter ciltskartīt) sample for each animal species and the direction of use. Ciltskartīt contains the most important information about the animal, you need the book. Ciltskartīt consists in the following order: 5.1. If the one animal species and animal breeding direction deals two or more organisations, they shall prepare a single ciltskartīt sample; 5.2. If the organization or these rules referred to in point 5.1, the organizations want to ciltskartīt sample is available in the electronic data center monitoring and breeding information database ciltskartīt sample of them shall draw up, in cooperation with the data center. 6. the Ciltskartīt provide the following box on the animal: 6.1. date, place of birth and flock registration number; 6.2. identification number and gender; 6.3. the variety and asinīb; 6.4. the ancestor lineage four generations, pigs-at least two generations (identification number); 6.5. the animal development indicators, productivity, exterior evaluation data (corresponding to a given variety breeding in the intended); 6.6. the use of embryo production, as well as cases, if the animal used for the recipient, the process of embryos; 6.7. the forefathers of productivity, productivity, reproduction rates, the progeny (breeding of the variety concerned in the intended); 6. information about the examination conducted in relation to the diseases for which the Organization has established the economic status of the disease (a disease that can cause significant losses to the owner of the animal); 6.9. entry number (or mark for entry in Flock books of varieties under the relevant breed breeding program is not intended to assign the book in numbers) and the date when the animal is recorded in the book. 7. Ciltskartīt of paper or electronic monitoring of the organisation in a database or data center monitoring and breeding database. 8. Animal entering the breeding operation, or electronic ciltskartīt writes up: 8.1 a person according to the laws of the physical person who carries out the evaluation of farm animals, monitoring, artificial insemination, transplantation of ova and embryos, training procedures and the order in which these persons are issued and revoke the relevant certificates and licences, has received a certificate or licence the livestock evaluation or monitoring; 8.2. Data Center employees. 9. The breed of the animal, if the record: 9.1 breeders shall meet the following criteria: 9.1.1 it is labeled according to the laws and regulations on livestock, and livestock for the purpose of registration and identification of livestock, it is a known origin, and place of birth; 9.1.2. the monitoring has been carried out; 9.1.3. This corresponds to a given variety breeding program requirements; 9.1.4. this rule 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5. data referred to in point on the animal are specified in the data center, and monitoring information breeding database or ciltskartīt, which completed this provision a person referred to in point 8.1; 9.1.5. it complies with the rule the criteria referred to in chapter II; 9.2. females meets this rule 9.1. criteria referred to in it are born descendant and is known for its productivity. Dairy breed of animal productivity is determined by using the standartlaktācij data. 10. Latvia imported animals and animal, from which Latvia imported semen, ova and embryos, the breed concerned, if: 10.1. this rule 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5. data referred to in point on the animal are specified in the certificate of origin, who filled in according to the laws of a variety of farm animals, semen, ova and embryos shall be indicated in the certificate of origin and the procedure for the issue of certificates of origin for and issued by the competent national authorities recognized breeds of livestock breeders ' organization; 10.2. animal meets the rule criteria referred to in paragraph 9.
II. requirements for animals in the herd-book, parts A and B

11. the book contains two parts, the main part A (main part) and part B – description (description). 12. the main part of the herd-book may be divided into several groups according to the varieties of animal breeding in the established animal productivity indicators. 13. Beef: the variety concerned the record 13.1. herd-book in the main part if: 13.1.1 record the parents and grandparents of the same breed in the main part (unless you create a new breed of herd books); 13.1.2. it is appropriate for the variety originated in four generations, but imported animals – three generations; 13.1.3. the productivity and the assessment meets the relevant breed breeding program requirements; 13.2. the book description if: 13.2.1. its origin is known in one generation and the asinīb from bovine milk related varieties at least 75 percent, but the meat of the bovine species both parents have one variety; 13.2.2. the productivity and the assessment meets the relevant breed breeding program. 14. the entry of pigs breeds: the main part of the herd-book 14.1 if: 14.1.1. recorded the parents and grandparents of the same breed; 14.1.2. it is appropriate for the variety originated three generations; 14.1.3. the productivity and the assessment meets the relevant breed breeding program requirements; 14.2. the book description, if a pig is female: 14.2.1 the origins and is known in three generations, and both parents have one variety or group of varieties; 14.2.2. the productivity and the assessment meets the relevant breed breeding program. 15. Sheep and goat breeds concerned: a record 15.1. herd-books if the main part: 15.1.1. recorded the parents and grandparents of the same breed; 15.1.2. it is appropriate for the variety originated in four generations, but imported animals – three generations; 15.1.3. assessment of the productivity and meet the relevant breed breeding program requirements; 15.2. the book description if: 15.2.1 sheep origin is known in three generations, and both parents have one variety or related breeds, and its varieties and the varieties of the related asinīb is at least 75 percent, but goat's origin is known in one generation and both parents have one variety or related breeds; 15.2.2. assessment of the productivity and meet the relevant breed breeding program. 16. the record of the Horse breed: the main part of the herd-book 16.1 if: it is the parents recorded 16.1.1. of the same breed in the main part. This requirement does not apply to a given variety breeding in the specified congeners or stallions of varieties accepted; 16.1.2. it is appropriate for the variety originated in four generations, but imported animals – three generations; 16.1.3. the assessment correspond to a given variety breeding program requirements; 16.2. in the description of that book: 16.2.1. This assessment corresponds to a given variety breeding program requirements or it has reached the breed breeding program results required sports competitions; 16.2.2. its origin is known in three generations, and both parents have one variety or related breeds, if provided for in the relevant breed breeding program. 17. By way of derogation from this provision, 13.1.1.14.1.1., 15.1.1. and in paragraph 16.1.1. these requirements, the book includes a description of the progeny of the livestock in the main part of the record in the following cases:-If the horse 17.1. its father is admitted of the same breed in the main part, but my mother – description; 17.2. female bovine animals, swine, sheep and goats-if his mother and maternal grandmother are entered in a herd-book of the description, but his father and both grandfathers – the main part of the herd-book.
III. recording in the book of animals For animal record 18 in the book, the owner shall submit the application to the organization. The application according to the requirements of the Organization indicate the number of herds or herd and animal identification numbers. For species that are not available electronically ciltskartīt organisations monitoring the database or data center monitoring and breeding database, the owner of the application shall be accompanied by the application of animals specified in ciltskartīš. 19. By way of derogation from the provisions in paragraph 18 that condition, the owner of the animal after the instructions of the organization may conclude with the Organization a contract for animal entry in Flock books. 20. the Organization's in the month following receipt of the application or the date of conclusion of the contract on the animal entry in Flock books and subsequently at least once every quarter, if the application or contract contains only the herd number, test data: 20.1. for meat breed cattle-breeding and data center monitoring information database; 20.2. the varieties of milk cattle-breeding and data center monitoring information database; 20.3. the pigs and horses – monitoring of the organisation in a database; 20.4. for ovine and caprine animals-data center and monitoring information breeding database and ciltskartīt. 21. by paragraph 20 of these regulations in these testing organisation shall decide on: 21.1. animal entry in Flock books and 20 of these provisions within the time limit set in point made mark: 21.1.1. Data Center – the register of animals on cattle, sheep, goats and horses. For bovine animals, when you create a new herd-book for the breed and pedigree cattle captured or one of its parents has already been recorded in the herd-book in the other, the organization provides a reference to the number of cattle and herd-book; 21.1.2. the swine – monitoring of the organisation in a database; 21.2. the refusal of the record in the book of animals, and this provision is paragraph 20 shall be issued by the time limit set in the written reasons: 21.2.1. a meat breed cattle, pigs and a horse owner, if required by the animal's owner; 21.2.2. varieties of milk cattle, sheep and goats. 22. where varieties of meat of bovine animals, swine, or horse owner no longer wants to herd the cattle meat breeds, pigs or horses would be recorded in the book, the owner shall submit an application for the abandonment of the organization from this service. 23. data on the animals entered in the book organizational archives stored permanently (if one of the animals in the data center's electronic ciltskartīt is not specified all these provisions 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5. data referred to in point) and all interested parties to provide access to such data. 24. During the month following the adoption of the decision on termination of the organization or of receipt of the decision, for a variety of livestock breeders organization status loss recorded in the book of the body of the animal data (identification number and other data specified by ciltskartīt) in electronic or paper form, shall maintain the breeding centre and monitoring information in the archive (if one of the animals in the data center's electronic ciltskartīt is not specified all these provisions 6.1 , 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5. data referred to in point), creating the transfer and adoption of legislation. The data center provides the archives transferred the animals entered in the book of data availability.
IV. final question 25. Animals in the book are recorded until this date of entry into force of the provisions, not in the book.
